Basically...

it destroys anything electronical that it hits...

and its usually a side effect of nuclear explosions...

thanks again

no, i don't underrate her electromagnetic abilities. she was going to reverse all the damage magneto did on the earths field, but the writers thought it would make her seem too powerful, but they said she could do it. if she can do that she can do a simpole emp

the fact that you said the words "simple EMP" pretty much invalidates your point...

Ah. So she is in Magneto's level now?

Man, I wouldn't want to be an enemy of the X-Men...

Electromagnetic pulse
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

EMP redirects here. The initials EMP also stand for Experience Music Project
EMP is also a type of intermodal container used in international freight shipping.

In telecommunications and warfare, the term electromagnetic pulse (EMP) has the following meanings:

1. The electromagnetic radiation from an explosion (especially nuclear explosions) or an intensely fluctuating magnetic field caused by Compton-recoil electrons and photoelectrons from photons scattered in the materials of the electronic or explosive device or in a surrounding medium. The resulting electric and magnetic fields may couple with electrical/electronic systems to produce damaging current and voltage surges. The effects are usually not noticeable beyond the blast radius unless the device is nuclear or specifically designed to produce an electromagnetic shockwave.
2. A broadband, high-intensity, short-duration burst of electromagnetic energy.

In the case of a nuclear detonation, the electromagnetic pulse consists of a continuous frequency spectrum. Most of the energy is distributed throughout the lower frequencies between 3 Hz and 30 kHz.

Simple. Totally.

So she can control electromagnetic energy now also?

Yeah, and knock planets off their orbits... and ooh, alter the laws of physics...

Nice...

What's the point in having any other X-Men besides her and the Phoenix?

Other's could just take an vacation and let those two to take care of everything.

yep... ah, to be an x-man...

forrealll

You've got it all wrong. Phoenix, Storm and Polaris take care of everything.

StormFront, all you're doing trying to convince everyone how powerful YOU think Storm is. Storm is strong, I'll give her that, but you're making her sound like a entity, which she isn't.

i am simp,y explaining that she was an omega, and how powerful she is. everything i have said about her is true, even about what she can do. i have said what she can do, if you think she is an entity, fine. everything i have said is based on what she has done in the past and what she could accomplish. even from her first appearance xavier said she was destined to be great. everyone always questions how powerful storm, or if she is even an omega. i say what she can do, and what she has done. and the description on the emp was talking about electrons, and electrical fields, all of which storm can control . she can only control electrons to a small degree, but electrical fields on a high scale

OK. I only skimmed through the last five arguments that have no relevance to the topic at hand 😄. (Which is whose the most powerful X-Woman... it's a toss up between Rachel and Storm, if we go by natural abilities it's Storm if we say Rachel channels the Phoenix then it's obviously Rachel) A lot of people are underating Storm and stormfront I'm afraid you're probably overrating Storm. She's probably somewhere between the uberpowerful description of her abilities and the weak willed pathetic crapwad that some want to see her to be 😄 I'd say probably more towards the powerful description.

Omegas aren't necessarily the grandest and most apparently powerful. Elixir is an Omega. He heals things and apparently has no limits to his abilities. He did once fail to heal Northstar though I think so 🤨

She's one of the most powerful Alphas at the very least. Also I don't think I'd want to see her as an Omega anyway.

Just a note, Kid Omega did undergo a secondary mutation due to abuse of "Kick" if I recall but I don't think that's what caused his Omeganess.

IMO I don't buy that Cyke wasn't fighting to his fullest. He wanted leadership and he didn't trust leaving the school in Magneto's hands. Storm thought his responsibilities were to his family, so they dueled. She won fair and square. In a hand to hand fight today well whose to say but she managed to knock down fanboy god Wolverine in sparring. In a powers fight I'd say double KO but with Cyclops being dead and Storm just being wounded.
He went with Madelyne because he lost not vice versa (again imo). As soon as he found out Jean was alive he left his wife and son. He formed X-Factor. Scott basically forgot about her and his baby for ages and then all of a sudden he decided he really needed to find them. If you bear that in mind its hard to say that he genuinely wanted to lose the fight but again purely my opinion.

BTW one day the Stepford Cuckoos will be the most powerful X-Women 😄

never 😄

The fire of the Phoenix burns in their eyes. They are the three-in-one! And they managed to survive to Here Comes Tomorrow. Besides Storm, Polaris, Emma and Rachel? (hey she may be like her mother but she's not her mother) gotta die sometime 😄

Ah, but HCT is come and gone. In this future... they might get run over by wild horses. 😎

But hopefully not. I love the Cuckoos.

When Xavier had left the school in Magneto’s care, Cyclops felt that he should lead the X-Men, as a powerless Storm clearly was unable to do the job. Storm challenged him to a Danger Room duel and, surprisingly, she won. She had been focussed on the job while he was not, distracted by the troubles his rejoining the team would cause his marriage. Cyclops was not focused.
