Cool but what are his mind raping feats?
The Great One's mind was a universe and he was teleporting planets and suns from the real universe into his own mind. Though it's hard to say how much of that was mental or physical considering what it was.
He also mindraped Earth to be full of peace.

Not really. There is no certain way Surfer can be proven to take down DM. DM can reform, become intangible, multiply himself as multiple beings, etc.
DM might not be able to beat Surfer either. So it's at least a stalemate for DM.
A plausible way for DM to win is through teleporting Surfer's head off or something.
Not exactly,in this fight, both of them have similar skillset, but ss far outmatches DM in raw power,he does to him what sentry did to MM.
There is also Astral Plane soul tear.

Bran had the only reasonable explanation on how Surfer could really take care of DM, but even he said that "Though it's hard to say how much of that was mental or physical considering what it was."

Of course it matters with a more impressive powerset comes various ways to stop DM. Surfer wins eveytime

That describes Manhattan to a T.
Surfer never, in character, mind rapes in battle?
When people say, "They won't use this in battle" is same thing as conceding and saying, " If he uses this in battle, my guy will lose". Instead of that, people should say, "Even using all of it, my guy could tank it (or counter it with.../or do better)" then name how he can counter or with what he can do better and in bigger scale...
Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself?

Proof that DM doesn't have a soul?
We're not using a wiki/web dictionary definition of soul. This is comics. Read the scan It is stated on panel by Surfer that anything that is alive has anima/a soul. IN FACT he states that life is more than body/brain/biology. Thus all life has a soul/anima in the marvel universe.
Thus this rule applies:
Concerning the Battlefield
Also, all characters, regardless of where the fight takes place, or what universe/medium they are native to, will have full access to their abilities at optimum efficiency as they are depicted in their native universes. It will be assumed that each character fights as they are normally presented regardless of battle locale. This means that, for example, Flash will in fact have SpeedForce abilities if the battle took place in Marvel Manhattan. Battles will always take place on an assumed equal playing field.
Unless you can provide counter proof on panel that DM has no soul/isn't alive. This is check and mate.

The soul is created by God. There is no God in the Watchmen universe. Even without that, how does that describe DM when he was never shown with a soul?
The latter part is false since I'm not only saying Surfer won't use it in battle BUT if he does then it won't work. I'm using a two layered argument. You have to defeat BOTH layers to win. That way I'm covered regardless of the fact.
But if that is the case, then clearly you would believe that Surfer beats Thanos right, if he can use any powers, any strategy possible? Surfer can go intangible, put a black hole in Thanos eyes or brain, hit Thanos with the board from behind traveling at a million c, etc. If you agree with that, then I'll agree Surfer tries to mindrape in this battle.

I agree with regards to Thanos.
