But wolverine cannot cover all of his body at once, if he's grabbed, he loses.

Wolverine grabbed by the wrists is DISABLED, he cant move, reaching inside and removing vital organs or slamming him around, can do the trick.
At this point, ock has no fear of getting harmed.
