Not always. Ock is smart and usually coats his goggles/glasses/whatever in a chemical that negates the properties of Peter's webbing. Unless some writers have forgotten that recently, Peter's webbing is pretty useless against Ock.
Wolverine grabbed by the wrists is DISABLED, he cant move, reaching inside and removing vital organs or slamming him around, can do the trick.
If Ock goes for Wolverine's wrists then yes, he will definitely lose a tentacle or two. He can come in with the others, sure, and will snag him, but he's just lost two tentacles. What's he going to gut him with? Wolverine's skeleton will keep him from taking too much damage from the blunt trauma that slamming him around would give, though he may knock him unconscious for a time.

That was my presented scenario, but you brought up something new, and that's trying to grab Wolverine's wrists, which will require one gripping hand for each wrist, as there's no way Ock could wrap his tentacle around Wolverine's wrists fast enough to not lose the tentacle. In this case, he'd have to use two for sacrifice and then dart in simultaneously with the other two to take hold.

just for the record.....wolvies let wendigo slam him around for a really long time before he had finally had enough and resolved to "scare" wendi away.....I think he could handle the punishment just fine....assuming dock got that far...

Any limb grabbed, and him being suspended in midair, he still loses control.
