Ock upgraded his arms to adamantium years ago.Some guy mentioned a comic where you saw Wolverine trying to slice thru them to no avail,along with Hulk,Cyclops and Iceman trying to break them too.
Ock just needs to snag Wolverine,which with 4 tentacles is very easy to do,and rip him apart limb from limb.
Ock's arms move at tremendous speed,can extend to 24 feet in length,he has fought off multiple super powered beings before without so much as breaking a sweat.It doesn't matter how agile Wolverine is.
Ock wins.

Spider-man has been hit by ginfire and he has been hit by Ock, but if he dodged them all the time nobody would buy the comic. However saying this, Spidey can and has dodged him more often than not.
Wolverine could win this but in my opinion he loses 8 or 9/10
