Yeah, I know about the gamma energy thing. But IIRC, it either strains Magneto to use his powers in such a way, or he's just not good at it. Either way, Hulk constantly generates gamma. Although in natural human physiology, blood flow is paramount to the healing process as blood carries all the necessary cells to injured sites, Hulk has recovered from a dead-like-state before, like in "The End", in spite of no noticeable means of healing. Lying as a huge lump of haggard remains and missing most of his organs, he still recovered within fifteen minutes. With Hulk having such a reality-busting healing factor, eg not needing blood at all, I seriously doubt Iceman could do that kind of damage to Hulk in time to count as a win.
