The Official BLEACH series Thread

never expected Urahara to bust out that move at the end, but knowing Aizen, he's still alive and kicking.

Aizen's new/strange form is quite powerful even though he only attacked once so far, but to do that much damage to Urahara with just one hand is impressive.

Of course Aizen will be fine.

Golden Rule of Shonen: If any chapter ends with the big bad trapped and subjected to a surprisingly powerful explosion, the next chapter must open with the dust clearing to show him completely unharmed. This goes 2x if the big bad has just unveiled a new transformation.

Yeah, but that was a Hogyoku-Empowered Ichigo as we've recently learned.

Hogyoku affected or not, Omaeda's shikai can still be broken by Ichigo. If Ichigo were incapable of breaking it, he never would have broken it, even if he had wished to do so with all his heart.

Wonder if Aizen is going to do a Cell move? However if Aizen really has obtained unlimited power(or the like) then what is the need of the Soul King's thrown or Ichimaru anymore?

Maybe Aizen's new power could exceed even Ichigo's plot-armor.(that's wishing for too much)

Because he wished to do so, the Hogyoku empowered him to fulfill his wish, and so he was able to do so.

Yes, but again, he's already capable of doing so, even if the Hogyoku does not empower him. Simply wishing for an action will not work; you have to have the requirements/power necessary for said action to actually take place via the Hogyoku's help.

It's Aizen's analysis of the Hogyoku.

Far laemer than a three section spear.

I'd say it's more powerful since he can use it to strike at range. It's primarily offensive but that's not too bad a thing, not that many people will be able to break it.

He's restricted to swings or throwing the ball, if he wants range. Sure it'll have tremendous force when swung.
However, the closer the range, the harder it becomes to use it effectively, and close-range is Ikkaku's specialty.

He also has a tendency to carry the damn ball as a shield in his hands.

I don't understand how this chapte was boring.

It had splozhuns and pwns.

So, yeah, nothing happened to Aizen. he's still the same.

He can always switch to sword though. And when he *needs* a shield, it is fairly large.

It gives him significant functionality a sword doesn't, is the main thing. Any zanpaku-to can be good in close by simply going to unreleased.

lol, when that chapter came out I remember commenting on how retarded Hitsugaya looked in that page.

Not sure if anyone cares for the Blech anime anymore but the new episode is out and Ulquiorra is finally releasing.

is it censored?

If he switches back to a sword, he loses the range advantage he had.
Fairly large and breakable. Ikkaku's no physical slouch. He's strong.

~ Ya know, I've been wondering about something.
Isshin performed against admirably against Aizen. Sure, Aizen probably never anticipated his arrival and Isshin probably hadn't seen his shikai, but Isshin also tanked a Level 60 Hado, and sent Aizen flying through a number of buildings by flicking a finger.
What if he wasn't a Captain when he retired? What if he was a part of the Royal Guard instead, and hence had once been a Captain for a very long time?

Yea, but he can go back and forth as range dictates, and it's quite useful against tough targets.

Going back and forth multiple times in a fight seems like more trouble than it's worth. No one even does that in a fight, much less Omaeda, who isn't exactly the the brightest bulb in the box.

Besides, if he switches multiple times, his opponent will know what's coming once he shouts his Shikai command. He hasn't mastered Bankai, so he has to use the command.

No one here has any thoughts on Isshin being a member of the Royal Guard?

It's a possibility.

Made Aizen look like a punk, fo sho.

Even worse...what if he's the .....KING!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Wait wait wait.

What if Ichigo is actually the King! And this is all about Ichigo's path to be king?

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
