From what we saw, yeah, Ulquiorra's second form is likely > Starrk.
If Stark wasn't saddled with shitty accuracy, he'd beat Ulquiorra though IMO. 1000 ceros in an instant is not something I think he could tank or regen from.

Even if stark didn't have shitty aim....I don't think stark would be able to hit him with cero's....ulq has way to much speed....i didn't see stark do anything that would convince me, he would beat ulq

Ulq's 2nd form doesn't even come close to Barry let alone Stark. He surpasses Haribel though. Lanzo is way to inaccurate and Stark is way faster than Ulq. Not to mention his wolves, and the 1000 ceros would just annihilate Ulq.

I dare-say that is the most impressive speed feat in the manga, behind the crap Ichigo is currently doing.
So basically yummy is rank 0 and stark is rank 1, which means yummy >> stark.....Ichigo had to go h2 to beat ulq in his second tranformation....ichigo was about to battle yummy in h1 and had confidence he would win....Yummy was some what relieve ichigo couldn't go hollify.....why would you think ulq 2nd for was weaker than stark, when ulq kept his 2nd form from everyone....it' quite possible ulq was the stongest esapda...only know one knew

Ulq has shown incredible speed yes... nobody denies this, but neither Stark or Ulq were even the fastest Espada. That would go to number 7, Also Stark is and proved he is faster than Ulq.
