Yea, which seems to mean he's the strongest, and I have no trouble believing he has the most reiatsu. However, Yammy seems more like a siege weapon than a fighter, unless he can get a lot stronger than he's shown, fast opponents are a huge problem for him.

Even with his shitty aim, he managed to nick Shunsui, someone who is likely close to, if not equal to, Soifon in speed.

There's nothing to indicate Ulquiorra was the strongest. Barragan would slap him silly without breaking a sweat.
