Outspoken generally contradicts professional for someone of her position. She has been shown to have a bit of a tantrum too which for me is kinda off-putting.
There's one simple reason I must admit I don't care for her.
She's too cold. Yeah, you're right about Yoruichi, she is playful overly so and she has been shown not to take peoples feelings seriously all the time. But she's never outright nasty, or cruel. I wouldn't trust the same of Nanao.
Besides Yoruichi can be serious. I've yet to see Nanao kick loose and be fun.
But all in all I'm bias against her, to be honest. She's actually one of the characters I would say I don't care for at all.
Yoruichi strikes me as someone who acts lighthearted, but always has an eye on the situation beneath the surface and flows effortlessly into action. She strikes me as someone who you could ask to close her eyes and then recite the best way to take out everyone in the room and she'd be able to do so even if you'd never had guessed she's keeping track of where everyone is.
Also, two of her former students became Captains. That beats 11th company's vice captain factory.

Well I know that the Fourth Division is the medical squad and the Eleventh Division is the combat squad and the Twelth Division is the research & development one.

4th is medical/support, 12th is science/R&D (a recent development), and everyone else is a general/battle company. 11th prides itself on being the most purely battle specialized company. Sometimes companies have side duties (9th does cultural duties like the newspaper, for example. And aside from the stealth squad, 2nd also runs the jails), but all in all they're mostly fairly similar in role as combat units.

Probably... 13th.
2nd is cool but we know it has high casualties on it's ninja duties, and 12th has a horrible captain. 13th has both a cool, senior captain, as well as an available promotion slot.
