No I meant it's ridiculous because of the variation in art making it incredibly difficult to visually determine the ages of certain drawn characters.
Looking up the basics of it, however, it seems that the laws are very unclear making it difficult to prosecute people in possession of lolicon material.
But as Nephthys said, how does watching lolicon make someone more of a pedophile than playing violent video games makes someone a murderer?

Interestingly the latter, the act itself isn't even illegal in most countries yet. I think last year or the year before the US finally starting banning it state by state but so far as i know the ownership of it's porn, real or no is legal.
