They're quite supporting of each other, and notably while laid back, they still do train and encourage growth too. Rukia grew strong while there.

Division 1 is Command
Division 2 is Special Operations
Division 4 is Medical/Supply/Janitorial
Division 9 is Arts & Cultural as well as the Security Force
Division 11 is the Combat Crew
Division 12 is Research & Development Bureau
That's about all we know. I speculate that the 5th might be some sort of diplomatic/relations division given their symbol and the general character of Aizen before he revealed himself. 6th squad may be some sort of investigates unit. Though the only reason Byakua / Renji may have been sent was due to Aizen. But according to something in the Bleach Bootleg they are supposed to be seen as an example and strictly follow the rules (Lol to Renji being in it).
Personally I'd take the 6th squad.

I agree. Besides, the places they train are cool. Very peaceful. Only one I think I might prefer is to 13 Division 1. He works ya hard, but you get rewarded with tea and a hot spring. Taught me more about Yamamoto. So I like both of those.

At least Rangiku spends most of her time in the Tenth Division which brings me to say that that's the division I'd be willing to join 🙂
I wouldn't say the Thirteenth Division is better than the Eleventh and Twelth but I do agree it's a nice division to be in that's for sure.

Well at least you wouldn't be asked to join in parties to harass members of the Fourth Division. I think I may have gone a little too far when I said 12>13. At least the Thirteenth Division doesn't abduct people and does God knows what to them.
