Well, if I was the dude sent to retrieve the information from your hard drive, I would pull data as deep as 5 bit levels (meaning, the sectors on your hard drive can have the information retrieved up to 5 re-writes over the same physical portion of the hard drive).

What you ACTUALLY need to do is use forensic software to wipe your hard drive 7 times (it writes them all 1s or 0s 5 times over).
