Why would he create a character powerup that is a one time only thing? Sure, he used it as a plot device. He wanted to show how powerful Ichigo had to become in order to defeat Ulq. That was the whole point of Ulq's second release.
Here's the power logic...
Ulq's second release is to Vizard Ichigo as Ichigo Second Hallow release is to Ulq's second release.
The power difference appeared to be the much between the two when Ichigo got his second release.

that's a hollow form..he reach that form because he got a hole on his chest and nearly die..i don't think he can turn to that form whenever he like..that thing is not him..

I'm going to partially agree.
I don't think the form that we are seeing is going to be a transformation that Ichigo is going to master, and fight in very frequently.
Hell, there is still the possibility that that thing is Hollow Ichigo, and might fight Ichigo at some point (if separated somehow.)
Regardless, I wouldn't say Ulquiorra went down like a *****, he cut slashed way bad from shoulder to hip. At least the injuries are realistic in that sense.
Plus, **** that arrancar *******. I'm glad he's incinerated.
If Ishida was actually trying, he would have ****ed him up. Luckily he was just kinda fooling around.

About that. It looks like there are differing opinions. I consider what Ichigo did to be a second Vizard form because of his Sword still being in Bankai form. However, Slaanesh believes it to be a straight up Hallow form. Since his Bankai sword is still there, it is not strictly a hallow form. Since the only thing we have in place as a hallow/shinigami hybrid is the Vizard form, I am going with that Ichigo is in a Vizard level 2. (Or, second release Vizard form.)
Since logic is on my side, I am correct. It could also be PIS by the author and Ichigo really is a very powerful Arrancar.

Do you know how big Las Noches is?
Take the size of the blast from Ulq, compare it to Las Noches, and then put that near the destructive scale of a mid sized nuclear weapon's blast, and you have similar destruction.
To further the point, it looks like the lance blast energy thingie is much much more energetic than a nuclear weapon, expanding rediculously faster than a nuke.
If you want actual numbers and size of nuclear blasts, google should find you what you need.

and i also think that Ichigo is just in second stage vaizard mode, maybe all the vaizards car do that, they just have to cero themselves in the chest, of course they'll still regain their consciousness, i'm sure Ichigo will learn to control it eventually

No, we do know with a level of certainty that it expands much faster than a nuke. A nuke takes quite a while to fully expand itself into its large mushroom cloud form. Don't you think Tite would have made three panels showing the expansion of the uber blast? (It certainly would help GREATLY on filling up space and getting the manga out to the publisher...). Then quickly afterwards, Ichigo did a similarly sized attack against Ulq...one panel, immediate size. After reading mangas for a whole, you kind of get a feel for what is intended as fast and what is intended to be on some sort of time scale.

LOL. I'm not sure if that's how it works, but you're the only one to come up with that idea and it logically fit in with what we've seen. Who knows, Ichigo had to do some weird shit to get his Shinigami powers back...so this very well could be how one unlocks second release Vizard form. If that is true, then every existing Vizard would need to remember where their hole was when they were mastering their Vizard form, blast a hole in that spot, and have someone scream next to them. 😐
