Dunno why people like Shunsui. His fight was the worst of the Fake Karakura Town arc.

I like him more as a character overall, he's the coolest captain, i think.

I don't really dislike Shunshei so as much as I just feel totally apathetic toward him. His ultra-casual demeanor is an overplayed cliche to me, and one of the few tropes that generally annoys me.

I also dislike the fact that he didn't use his bankai and subsequently ended up getting his ass kicked by Aizen. People tend to look down on Toshiro using his bankai all the time, but frankly, when you're fighting a battle in which the fate of the universe is at stake, you really should be pulling out all the stops as victory demands it. Refusing to use your bankai because you're too cool for school, and then getting son'd as a result, strikes me as needlessly arrogant.

i figure Shunsui's bankai is too dangerous to use in the company of allies, which is why Ukitake told him not to use it. Maybe it's something that would do damage to everyone who saw it, friend and foe alike... kinda like Aizen's.

Urahara's is likely the same.

I hope that's the case. Kubo better come up with some epic shit for those two dude's bankai.

Really, if Shunsui's Bankai is so powerful that it affects everyone in a general area, it may as well have just been him, Ukitake, and Yamamoto waiting for them with the others outside the barrier just in case.

As much as I dislike Toshiro, which I'm starting to think is now due to hatred of Kubo wank, I agree with this.

But more importantly than Kyoraku, one would ask exactly why did Ukitake not use his bankai if Shunsui's was so friggin dangerous? And considering Dangai/FGT Ichigo was supposed to be stronger than Sunny Delight Yama's bankai, anyone who hasn't had a bankai release is probably going to be so stupid shit.

Though I do have a question now that Tze/Blax has brought up Toshiro. I wonder if the little dude will ever achieve absolute zero with his bankai considering Yamamoto's temp reaches 15 million or som dumb crap like that: they're polar opposites afterall right?

Ukitake's Shikai was actually really good for fighting someone like Stark.

That said, all fall before the awesome that is Wonderweiss.

I didn't do that. I merely pointed out that bisexual attraction and non-gender specified intercourse is a submissive form of behavior. Which I can further specify to based off of a lack of comfort and trust in the opposite gender or confusion regarding ones own gender role.
