It doesn't help that you are completely off here. The hilt is simply drawn a little thinner, but its the same. Ichigo is clearly wearing the same outfit. All those tatters are the X's that are on the chest of his usual outfit. They've been torn off. You're barking if you think Ichigo has done a transformation.
