I think he is still alive, but just barely since he was turned into a zombie before death.

This chapter was too short.

If the previous chapter and this chapter were combined, I think the chapter would have been decent.

So did baldy die?

Naw, last week's chapter ended well with a good WTF moment.

This week's though, not so much. Should be combined with next week's chapter. 👆

Mayuri is gonna get away with all the evil things he did isn't he? Sad times.

What a waste of a chapter.

I sincerely hope Uryu puts an arrow in his knee head.

Mayuri always gets away.

Even Kubo recognizes that he's basically the best character in this manga.

That isn't how you spell Yhwach.

Leave it to a negro to be unable to spell.

What does Aizen have to do with this discussion?

the worst thing about this chapter is that we're suppoed to believe that Hitsu is a threat.

"Hyōrinmaru is the strongest ice type Zanpakutō," - Kubo.

Strength as in the English use or the Japanese use?

Because the word that that Japanese use, which roughly translates to strength and/or power, does not man "raw physical power output." It means more something to akin to "overall battle prowess which includes physical stats, skill, strategy, and mental abilities."

This comes from the old Bushido code stuff where a warrior could be considered "very strong" but be physically weak because his skills with the various weapons and his mental skills on the battlefield made him a very formidable opponent. People would say, "This man is strong."

Based on the English use, Kenpachi is the strongest followed by Fox-Face.

JAPANESE USAGE.

How? Does Kubo even know how strong/powerful the Captains are supposed to be?
