how's that?

he seems fine after being hit by Soi-Fon's bazuka

Well it still took him out of the action for a bit, and it would be ridiculous to say it doesn't have any effect on him, or he would be totally invulnerable to everything, close combat, energy blasts and kido. All Stark has to do is spam blasts at him from a safe distance until he dies (errr, well kinda dies anyway).

Plus Stark+Barragan>>>>>> Soi Fon in power, so Stark should have more of an effect than her.

Don't forget that those guns can shoot more than cero.

that's right. I'm not entirely sure what else he can shoot, but when it comes to cero, he can supposedly shoot a thousand at once.

Take THAT you Skull Knight copy!

But, just like before, it's probably another one of those things Barringan tanks. Lame Sauce.

i bet we'll see him barely touched, caught in the explosion, but not a direct hit

I love how he stood behind the 30 foot wide shield thing going "They don't seem to be doing anything"

that's Barragon for ya. acting high and mighty (although, he kinda has a right to, what with his abilities). if he can survive that blast at close range or somehow ages it to nothing before it hits him, I'll be really impressed. but we all know sooner or later, someone is going to take him out.

It's still just a captain's ban kai, Espada are supposed to be a bit tougher than that. At least back in the day Grimmjaw in his unreleased form was barely hurt by Ichigo's kuroi getsuga, and that Ichigo was supposedly stronger than most captains.

shhhhhhh!!!!!

we're supposed to forget little details like that!!

^ Inside scoop of Tite kubo's line of thinking

sooooooooo, did he make him age himself into death or did he pre-charge a cero before transferring his hand??

He transferred the aging technique, with his arm, into Barringan.

It would appear that Barringan wouldn't hit himself with his own technique and that it is always projected away from himself.

Fatty realized this, or at least hoped this, and used his own power against him.

This was a bit disappointing.

I was hoping for somebody to actually die, instead of "oh no, I spent more energy than I'm used to. Power Nap!"

Barragan died 😮

it's a good thing he did die. not that I have anything against him, but the others fighting the remaining espada won't have to worry about him anymore. if Barragon won, he'd go around killing everyone else, and then there wouldn't be anymore fighting. which would suck.

It degrades Barragan as a threat though.

It makes him out to be a loser with no control of his powers, when like ten or so chapters ago we had someone claiming he was "more dangerous than Aizen." Tite Kubo hyped him up and then portrayed him as a chump. Ghey.

I'm a fan of Bleach but i've not been following it on TV because i don't have sky or cable and therefore can't watch it. So i've been buying the DVD releases of the series' and it's currently at the end of series 3.

Basically i'm just wondering roughly how long i have to wait for the arrancar arc to start and ichigo's Hollow transformation?

i don't wanna know any of the gritty details or in between story arcs (seeing as i'm quite early on compaired to most of you guys - probably) but a rough idea of my termoil of waiting will be cool =)

you've got two seasons of filler coming up

Agreed.

What? He can't turn off his own powers? It might be that they affect him, but it's ridiculous that by accidentally attacking himself, he got caught up in some bullshit loop which he couldn't escape.
