So apparently Kenpachi can toss a large piece of stone hundreds of meters with enough force to shatter on Yammy's arm. Pretty good strength feat, as is blocking his punch. Taking it while not ready is a good durability feat.
Yammy is seriously disappointing me. I am not amused.
And I love how Byakuya talks down to Ichigo, despite having his ass kicked by him.

Even if he's become l33t powerful, he still can't take on everyone. He too is vulnerable to fatigue. He's also needed in Karakura. Besides, his mask couldn't form properly when he was taking on Yammy.

The key wording here is "able to". Those others aren't nearly strong enough to fight Aizen. Hell, even Ichigo isn't strong enough. I don't know about his Vizard from. But, if his Vizard form actually scaled properly, he'd be stronger than Yamamoto. However, there's continuity errors in Ichigo's powers.
His second Vizard form (that's what I call it...the one where he fought Ulq) should easily destroy any character that has ever been in Bleach, but, that's not how Kubo will sacle it. He will "degrade" that form or a form that is close to it in power, just to keep the story intersting. Just the same as Kubo giving Kenpachi a massive power amp to be of any use.
