I'm just getting testy because i'm tired but the point is you can not deny that Storm is human and has human endurance and durability so she can fatigue and that is it. Once that happens it's all over.
For some its as hard as seeing something. . .
And as was said, its so easy for storm that she can do it without effort if it's linked to her mood.

And no it doesn't take that much concentration, it fits in with her mood. . .It takes concentration to contain her attacks so as to not harm innocents. It's like having a 100 ton strength and trying not to use your max or even to just do something gentle. . . what's throwing something ten feet to someone who can throw something miles without effort.
Which would take more effort in that case?
She could set up the right conditions for a hurricane and then leave.
Once you have the conditions set up for the hurricane the hurricane will run it's natural course over a period of days.
And like last year with four hurricanes hitting Florida, it can do massive devistation.

Actually past a certain point her phenomena are self-sustaining and if left will carry out through their natural progression. If she creates a storm she has to consciously dispel the storm. It doesn't just disappear.

Your analogy is flawed in that we aren't lifting weights, the way it would work is with her tiring then.

They trace the source of the weather to find multiple incidents from one country, and ergo the natural course would be to assume they were responsible.
i think we've forgotten that we don';t know who they are....so wats to stop her from hiding out and cuasing all the storms?..she can fly to height where she wont be seen..and if she IS spottted...she'll do her thing...and fly off....or even...storm could actually put ALL her energy into ONE huge attack....by the time we figure out its her....we'll all be destroyed.....
Couldn't invisible woman be more of a threat than we think.
1. If we can't see our weapons, we cant use them
2. With an invisible shield over troops, won't they lose oxygen and suffocate
3. short of our mass destruction weapons they can't hurt her..or see her if they don't "know" to see her.

The point I want to make is this and try to dispute this. Is Storm not human in endurance and durability. Does it not take focus to conjure up her storms. Can a gun not kill her. It are these points as to why she will never conquer the world and rule it plain and simple. I have given examples of how she can be traced and found. You guys can not discount them. You guys simply state that instead she will do this and this like she has all the time and energy in the world to do six things at once.
She is powerful and smart but still only human and that is the reason she will fail by herslef.

I read all of these points, and the funny thing is that noone can really STOP a hurricane, so why would they be tracking it that much?

I agree with Newjak that storm won't be able to take over the world
in order to take over and rule the world, sooner or later she has to reveal herself as the ruler, and then she will be vulnerable
however, if she just wanted to create as much destruction and havok as possible, then sure she can do so and no one would be the wiser if she uses her powers intelligently
she can get many followers. just go to africa and do the whole goddess thing. go visit some farmers, get them too. she can have people believing she is a real goddess. with her powers, there are many options for threats and unless people wanna live, they should listen to her. or she could weaken the economy so much and go to a pour coountry and become a dictator.
