Why is repenting an option? How come, according to your very own church, I can basically shadow my sins and eliminate them with confession and repenting?

Yes same here. Depending on what you believe in. I accept anyones opinions on this, not everyone has been raised to know about this.

Jesus PROTESTED the turning of His Father's house into a MARKET. He did NOT protest the SACRIFICIAL system itself. The PURPOSE of the SACRIFICES was in DANGER of being LOST. In the SECOND CLEANSING of the Temple toward the end of His ministry, Jesus' attack was even SHARPER...for He called the Temple area "a den of robbers' [Luke 19:46; cf. Jeremiah 7:11].

Jesus' disciples remembered [Psalm 69:9], which speaks of the fact that the RIGHTEOUS ONE would PAY A PRICE for His commitment to God's temple. This ZEAL for God would ultimately lead Him to His death.

So NO...Jesus' ANGER was RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION at the abuses of the moneychangers making a "house of merchandise" of the Temple...and in accordance with the Scripture [Psalm 69:9].

but then again thats the question mostly everyone wonders, when you die will it hurt? afterwards what will people say or think? will you be remembered? will you actually go to a better place? will ever know when the time has come?

sad thought cause it reminds me of my friend's dad who died earlier this year, He had slipped and fell off a boat while fishing, he could swim but I beleive he was panicking, the 2 people with him tried to help him but they were being pulled down to so they had to let go. but a week before we were all at the church with all the guys ( 16 and younger) playing basketball talking, and 3 days before he re-committed his life to god. and a day before he was planning on joining the church choir. but instead the next day he drowns and is not found until three days pass.
