As a big fan of U2 I will somewhat agree with the earlier comments. I do feel that the band has taken a wrong turn in their music ever since Zooropa was released. I don't believe for one second that they should retire, but instead return to playing Rock and not this disco/electronica/pop nonsense.
Anyways these bands are too overrated and if you don't agree....oh well, it ain't the end of the world:

Not to be pretentious, but Tool aren't for everyone. They're not a band who's "singles" you can check out and go "Cool band." You hearing them and not particularly seeing why certain people rate them as high doesn't mean they don't deserve to be.

And about what AC said. Yes, people like me do make it make it seem like a particular band or whatever is/are but i don't care, i'm proud of the music i like. And there's a lot of people playing devil's advocate, and claiming bands are overrated to try to be different or something. And my remark was exagerrated just a bit, hence the smiley.
