The reason why I appreciate the Britidh imperial history is because it civilised savage lands, encouraged economic growth in poverty struck nations. And spread the glory of Britannia to the far flung corners of the world- America, India, Ne
Native Americans were by far less savage than all of the British Empire IMO. Sure, they did somethings that might be considered brutal...but show me an army that wasn't, and I'll show you one made of plastic little green men. To say savage is just a flawed thinking on your part.
But let's not forget the contribution that Europe has brought to these savage lands: Diseases that wiped out entire tribes. Slave labour. Whole cultures erased. A way of life no longer theirs. Oh, and lets not forget a brand spanking new religion enforced by pain of death.

The British Empire was a force for good. Read my previous posts because I have explained far too many times.it was a force of greed, not good. Always occupying weak ass far away places with no structure of a common good. So for an empire they never had any so called "civilized" country's under their gun. Once the countries got civilized they kicked the Brits out to be what it is today a living in the past commonwealth . Guess it is time for the Scots and the Welsh to go separate ways as well.................... Great Britain no more
