Davaran whips the vehicle around hitting another wall, damnit maybe these side plates are a little too big.." Keroth yells back.. "Yes, they stick up too far, if someone gets too close I wouldn't be able to hit them.." davaran starts moving again, "This is more of a end of battle deployment.." keroth intervienes, "When has your race had a end of battle..?" Davaran nods in acknowledgment. The vehicle runs down a road moving past the cockpit of the pelican, the vehicle slows as they both look up seeing it sticking out of the building, "damn shame.." yells davaran.. "I might have been able to stop it from crashing.." he punches it once more until seeing everyong gathered at the base, "No one is firing.. did they win? looks like an after battle if you ask me.." keroth yells back, "My brothers are only regrouping.."
Shxzalor spins at the sound of the human vehicle. So far they had gathered up enough weapons to last quite a while. He eyed the passenger add-ons. There was room for nine, that would leave one of the Human’s behind. Then he looked at Keroth, and an idea came into being. “If Keroth gets off your…vehicle, he and I ran easily run back to your base. And all of the humans will be able to get on, and if all of you carry extra weapons…we will be able to hold out against an attack for a while. The Covenant have most likely used all their Wraith Tanks by now.” He clicked his mandibles, the Covenant counterpart for a shrug. “Your zeal is rather impressive…”

343: They, along with every other race within three galactic radiai of the center, died...as planned.
Huon fired down at the advancing covenant.Now 2 marines were holding them down at the lobby of the office building.Well atleast they thought it was a office building...The marines had managed to break apart the main desk by using some explosives earlier and erected a small yet hard to defeat barricade in a doorway to the elevator.The Covenant attacked and attack.And at one point they had a suicidal elite go in a ghost and fly through the main windows....It might've hit the barricade but it met the wall at full speed.Soon the covenant attackers began to leave.And after a few more mins of fighting the covenant had gone to regroup.Then the marines went out and found many plasma weapons.Each marine was given a position to defend.The covenant were away for 10 minutes and the marines each had atleast 2 plasma pistols and 1 plasma rifle with them.Also some marines got thier hands on jackal shield weapons and constructed barricades out of them by getting ropes and strapping them to some walls.Also the marines found a ghost and 2 plasma turrets in a supply cashe.The ghost was stored nearby and the turrets were put on the 2nd and 3rd floor.Where there was a open area.And also some of the covenant made barricades were blown with the covenant equivelant of a satchel.Some sort of advanced plasma charge.But they were able to destroyed them and then place them inside to make barricades all over.the marines were ready to withstand another attack.The peace lasted for 24 minutes.The marines were ready in 17 and then they took 2 minutes to reinforce thier barricades with some cords and the destroyed wraith was stripped of a some of its armor using explosives and the armor was put into several places as secondary "grenade" shields.They would help reflect grenades thrown up.The covenant came back with a wraith and 3 ghosts along with 26 elites.The covenant on the building fired at the ghosts and managed to destroy the tank and 2 ghosts.then trhe plasma turrets shot at the elites now hidden behind cover and the humans behind their covert shot at them and suppressed them down.then they stopped and let the covenant come out.Then with 3 captured plasma snipers the marines picked off 13 elites and now the elites had set up light barricades once more.There was a stash of plasma grenades.27 to be exact.But they were to be used only in emergency.Huon wondered.......is this the time?Huon shot a plasma rifle at the enemy and took out a elite by destroying a cars fuselage.

Keroth looks at Shxzalor.. "You do realize, vehicles aren't really the best defensive weapon.." Davaran thinks for a second.. "We could..try and escape this colony though, make them think we fled.. then come back in the dead of night and kill them off.. theres two more warthogs without guns in the garage.. so everyone would be able to make it." he stares at shxzalor waiting for a response.
"Escape to where Keroth? They have been here for a week, the know the area, they would be able to find us...and there is no honor in running, and killing our foes while they sleep. We don't need to use the vehicle in the fight. We need it to bring all the marines back to the Human's current buildings. If we fortify it enough, we will use it as the anvil the Covenant hammer will not be able to budge. The Human's did not flee at Reach, and they will not flee here." Shxzalor shook his head. "Running is not an option. Perhaps you could salvage the wrecked vehicles and use the armour, or any individual weapons could be set up as turrets? There are no more Hunters or Wraith Tanks in service. All we would need is Anti-Infantry weapons, and the Humans have one of their explosive projectiles still in the base." (Rocket Launcher.)

"Well, the pelican has a nose mounted 50cal.. if ofcourse the firing mechanism is still intact, I can garauntee the barrel is bent if its even there.. but I can make a new barrel no problem.. there might also be a few weapons in the garage... some modified rifles and such, and a sniper rifle if memory serves, its not quite a usual sniper rifle... its more of a recoiless anti-tank rifle with HE shells..... it'd have to be mounted seeing as I took the bipod off for some reason before." Keroth looks to davaran.. "If I can be of any assistance I am at your service.." davaran nods.. "Yeah, i'll need some help."

((I'm also taking into consideration things people could do in the RP, if any newcomers come or anything, a huge battle is simpler, and a easier way to end a chapter...plus Davaran will have a bigger part to play in doing everything...))
