This pic is a bit weird, it looks like batman is "handling" a predator as Flash runs by, not the flash. From what Flash says, it seems like he wants someone to keep one predator busy, and Batman jumps on his head. I dont think Predator qualifies as a speedster.
Not saying Batman hasnt done it in the past, just saying you need to pay a bit closer attention to the examples you post.

it was a pred who could run at flash speeds...hence the second blur behind flash at the moment...

it does also help that batman can deduce and pinpoint things four steps ahead of time (this as been documented by green arrow)..hell he's caught green arrows arrow while he had his back turned to it..he wasn't even looking...yet beast is still faster.. 🙄

Looking at the pic the second time you might be right but preds have been known to really prep for who ever they are going to hunt....even the thing they are going to hunt is a piece of paper..
Ask yourself this question if this pred was not moving at light speed...why did flash need help against this particular pred...why not run circles around that particular pred???
let me guess flash was having a bad day....yeah right even if flash is having a bad day he will still be able to run circles around anyone...
Anyways batman is going to win the battle the sonic and the flash bang are all he needs...the sonic when deployed is just going to reflect off the walls and come down ten fold. On who ever happens to be listening

Gosh.. Batman would win this one. There are just too many ways he could win.
For Example:
Batman is 100x smarter than Dr.Maddicks. All Bruce would have to do is pump Beast full of hormones (which would turn him into a giant furball), then roll him off a cliff.

Batman isn't actually smarter then Beast. At all. Beast has been doing Danger Room scenarios since he was fifteen, so he isn't a newbie when it comes to tactics. He is one of the top ten guys in Marvel when it comes to intelligence, it has already been proven that his IQ is waaaayy over normal. For example, he created a cure to legacy virus. The virus was made by Stryfe, who came from the future. The virus was way worse then any of the viruses in our world. The cure cured everybody in the planet, by the way.
He also trumps Batman in every physical thing you can name. He's ridicolously more agile. Faster. Stronger. More durable. His claws and teeth can rip through creature composed of metal with ease.
Beast will win.

Agreed. Beast will move too fast for Batman to use his weapons efficiently. You guys can argue it all you want, but if Beast really poured on the speed and went after Batman from the very start (instead of the usual talking and blabbering that they ususally do), Bats wouldn't have time to take him down.

Regardless, I think Beast would be a considerable challenge to Batman. Unlike most of his opponents who are clearly his physical superior, Beast isn't less intelligent than Batman. Add into the fact that Hank has been training to not only hone his mind but also his mutant abilities (as an X-man and Avenger) since he was a kid.
Personally I think Hank would take a slim majority, 6/10.
