Religious as in having faith. Not to be confused with being spiritual.
You don't know what you are talking about, where it comes to my religion. You are correct about Christianity, but I challenge you to learn something about my religion.

You got that right because there isn't a god in Buddhism.
1 Corinthians 8:6
yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.
James 2:19
You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble!

Must you be religious to be on your mountain? Are the non-religious welcome as well.
All Human beings are seeking the highest peak of happiness. Whether or not we can achieve happiness, while not denying the reality of life's inherent suffering, depends on our attitudes. Positive attitude consist of such feeling as hope, confidence, energy and sensitivity or compassion to others. Whether we can sustain such positive attitudes to living,
depends on what we most value. The thing we value most can be called our 'religion'(or faith).
One of the most important things for people's happiness is to keep progressing, to keep searching for self-improvement and betterment of society. The pursuit of truth may be unfashionable these days in some quarters, but this is what religion should provide. Religion should teach us the truth and values to which we can aspire; values that are much more profound than those we would have thought of ourselves in our mundane, day-to-day lives, but which, very importantly are not unattainable.
Perhaps the most importantly, religion should provide us with a means to change from our limited habitual thinking and promote a wider vocabulary of humane thoughts and actions.
In Buddhism, because our practice enable us to bring out our innate Buddhahood(enlightened nature), we are able to break out of our habitual reactions formed, in quite natural way, by the influences of the three poisons of greed, anger and stupidity in our lives. Instead, we can react with humanity, wisdom and justice.
With a crutch one hobbles along in pretty much the way, but with this Buddhist practice we can actively seeking to change the old ways of behavior which have made us suffer and find new and better ways which will bring joy and fulfillment to ourselves and others.
Finally, a religion should contribute to both our spiritual and material welfare. In the past, many religions have been concerned only with spiritual needs. Buddhism, however, teaches that person is inseparable from his environment. It is very difficult to be continually poor, cold and hungry. Religion should never ignore this basic fact. In Mahayana[Nichiren]Buddhism, the material and the spiritual are of equal importance.

The pursuit of happiness is the biggest mistake of modern man. Secularism, Buddhism and other forms of teaching tell people that happiness is what we should be seeking. This is a BIG LIE. Seeking happiness leads to moral decay, restlessness, and the inability to be satisfied. Happiness or joy is the product of the choice to follow the truth of Jesus Christ. Joy is one of the fruits of the Spirit and like fruit joy ripens with time spent in the Spirit.

Happiness is born with a person of great faith. Someone who could scale up the highest mountain in life is truly and indestructible happy... I remember when my fellow Filipinos mountaineers(televised worldwide), who climbed up the Mount Everest back few months ago, are truly a person of great faith--people who are courageous in their daily and harsh struggles to find lasting truth and happiness in the peak of that mountain.
I beleive this is what we all strive for be it in the realm of religion, politics, education, culture, science or every realm of human endeavor.

Yes. You still seem to claim that people must have a religion to be spiritual. This is simply not true. Spirituality si inside and has nothing to do with indoctrinated faith.
The think any person may value most is not necessarily their religon or faith. Its not important to people. To me, religion and faith have no importance in my life. Spirituality does.

What we hold on our spirituality in life is neither an expression to what we beleive in nor it does exist apart from our faith.

Well, certain ancient cults often had a carnal aspect to their rituals, believing that if the mind was correctly prepared that, at the moment of orgasm, one would be, for a moment, one with everything. Or see the face of God. Or see some hidden truth. And so on.
Perhaps they were right. Or maybe they just wanted an excuse to have sex.

Spam is, in layman's term, putting forth unsolicited adverts of some kind - think junk mail of the electronic age.
You keep posting those "comics" which are blatant propaganda of the worst kind, and have no place in civilised debate beyond being evidence of the irrationality and ignorance of certain pro-Christian groups hoping to scare/confuse people into faith. Thus one could classify it as spam.

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Ok, and now alot of people don't understand this here part, thats why they claim thet Catholics aren't monotheistic, but though there are 3 person in God, there is still only one God, like how a clover has three leaves, yet it is still a single clover.
Do u know that the holy trinity(3 person in one God) is a borrowed concept from the pagan religion? I wonder, how early Christians viewed Jesus before they have adopted and mixed with indigenous religion before the rule and during the reign of emperor constantine.
What is basically this old pagan concept mean?anyone?

Exactly.....
