So basically, if someone does not act according to your interpretation, or the bible, as you put it, then they are not true Christians? The problem is how do I tell the difference?
* not according to my interpretation, but according to the law of God and Christ in the Bible... for example, it is against the law of God to kill, if a person kills, that person is not a Christian even if he stubbornly claims he is...

Are there true Christians in prison?
* yes, there are... some Christians are put to prison with no reason, sometimes they are only blamed for things they did not do... and some are converts, people who really did terrible things but converted and repented...

What I mean is, once a person has done a crime worthy of imprisonment, are they no longer a true Christian, if they wear one before?
* let me quote good Bible verses for this one...
"Let all the house of Israel therefore know assuredly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.
Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what shall we do?
And Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:36-38
* you see, every person deserves forgiveness and salvation, even those people who killed Jesus, they were offered salvation by Saint Peter because they have not yet known the doctrine of Christ... but once they have known it, and did something against the law of God...
"For it is impossible to restore again to repentance those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
And have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come,
If they then commit apostasy, since they crucify the Son of God on their own account and hold him up to contempt."
Hebrews 6:4-6
* when a person already repented, was forgiven and was enlightened, then commit apostasy, they are excommunicated... 😉
