i go by this one right here..

1. the bible..

and then i do this next

2. pray on what ive read

and then i do this

3. have faith that god will not lead me astray.

faith in god is the most important thing. as long as a peep has faith in his love, then there's really nothing to worry about.

But so does everyone else on that list, and they would not always agree with you on what the bible means.

some do some dont...point being that faith is the most important part. having faith in gods love, means that a peep will have nuff faith that God will lead them in the right direction..if they go the wrong way..or go astray. and point them to the right answers and to the right people.

so if a person has real faith and love for god..then they won't have to worry about what direction their going in, cause they know that it aint them choosing the direction or calling the shots, its god..ya know...

So, two Christians are sitting at the table and talking about the bible. They do not agree on one set of doctrines, but both are devout Christians. Is one of them a true Christian and the other one a false Christian?

supdude..

gotta couple answers for you choose the correct one

a) one could be correct about the doctrine but not a christian.
b) one could be incorrect about the doctrine but a christian.
c) both could be incorrect and not christians
d) one can be correct and one incorrect and both could be christians
e) all of the above.

to me the answer is 'e'. from what i know..it all depends on their faith in Gods love dude, and the intentions of their heart. god will correct the person with teh wrong doctrine in time, but hes more interested in intent of the heart..instead of how eloquent or prideful a person is withe thier opinion..even if the person is correct. ya see the pharisees were correct bout a lot of things. but as we all know they definitely werent no christians. where as the theif on the cross was incorrect about a lot of things, and he turned out to be one cause of his faith and love for jesus..ya know...

so anyway dude..its all bout faith..just gotta have it.

The correct answer is: You don't know. It is not your place to know. You come close, but no cigar. 😄

Not really, you're just gullible and close minded, harsh but true.

He didn't allude to himself knowing who was a Christian with his answer. He just presented possible scenarios that could come about, regarding the initial question that was asked of him.

So his answer was correct. Despite one's knowledge of scriptures or lack thereof, Jesus makes the decision in the end.

his answer was a good one I'll agree

but it stated that they were at the same time both right, both wrong and individually right and wrong

the concept seemed to be that he didn't know the answer just as Shaky said

No it didn't. He selected "e", which states that all possible scenarios are possible. That doesn't mean that all of the scenarios are simultaneously occurring.

I'll have to borrow this next one from supdude..

WRONGS!
