Can you give me your sources?

Read the history of Rome and the reign of the Caesars. They slaughtered many Christians for their belief in Christ/ Jesus and all in the name of entertainment for the Roman public.

And I know that Christians are eating the body and are drinking the blood of Christ on their holidays. Symbolic cannibalism sly

Shows how much you know and understand about Christian celebrations. If you want to comment on our activities, please make sure you have all the right information.

Are you talking about Nero?? What years are you discussing? And do you realize that there are many sources that don't mentions Christians, but uses a form of that word meaning "good people". Many Gnostic's were highly praised as Christians that the church wiped out along with much of their writings...The church HATED THEM...

Josephus never mentioned Jesus as the Christ, but heavily mentioned the Gnostic's...

Gnostic's/Essenes = Christians (very possibly)

Also your book...Who was it published by? Was it a Christian Publisher?
That makes a world of difference also.

General world History books. Nero and so on, there were a few of them. Books not written or published by Christians. Sorry you may fall for the "good people" story but it actually happened and that truth can not be sugar coated. Playing with words won't neither. The word Christian comes from Christ which came from a greek word, Kristos (not sure about the spelling) though. It came from the time when the apostles were spreading the gospel.

That's the word I couldn't remember, Kristos.

Kristos (or Krestos): (Greek) Literally, Christ. Esoterically, fire. Christ is fire.

The Adorable God Kristos (Christ) comes from archaic cults to the Fire-God. The letters P (Pyre) and X (Cross) are the hieroglyph which represent the generation of the Sacred Fire.

Christ was worshipped in the mysteries of Mithra, Apollo, Aphrodite, Jupiter, Janus, Vesta, Bacchus, Astarte, Demeter, Quetzalcoatl, etc.

The Christic principle has never been absent from any religion. All religions are one. Religion is as inherent to life as humidity is to water. The Great Cosmic Universal Religion becomes modified into thousands of religious forms. Thus, the priests from all religious forms are completely identifiable with one another through the fundamental principles of the Great Cosmic Universal Religion.

Therefore, a basic difference between the Mohammedan priest and the Jewish priest, or between the Pagan priest and the legitimate Christian one, does not exist. Religion is one. Religion is unique and absolutely universal. The ceremonies of the Shinto priest of Japan or of the Mongol Lamas are similar to those ceremonies of the shamans and sorcerers from Africa and Oceania.

When a religious form degenerates, it disappears; yet, the universal life creates new religious forms in order to replace it.

I think Jesus Christ was a homosexual.

I believe because I walk by faith, and not sight.

i think so too....

I don't think so, He could of gotten stoned.

Well... Want to say that I know much about christian celebrations. I even took part in them for 14 years. I went to the church, to the servises. My family are all christians. So, please, listen to your own advise, and don't tell the things you know nothing about. 🙂 That was just my reaction on "pagans howling at the moon".

Such a walk alone can be dangerous...

believing in god is like believing in aliens..both no proof..both theories..both completly made up...Screw God Screw aliens...You should only concentrate on those you know, unless of coarse it's your carrer or hobby to search the unknown...

Do you know that there is an Earth under your feet, and the Sky over your head? Do you know that the wind is blowing? Do you belive that you are a part of nature? If yes, you are rather close to paganism 😉

I actually commented on your insight about Christians taking part in cannibalism (the body of Christ and his blood and so on). If you took part in Communion then you know that it is symbolic celebration for Jesus who's blood was shed for our sins and his body for our healing and becoming part of him. Their is no drinking of blood or eating of flesh and neither was that ever the meaning, but when you want to make a mockery of something it is easy to take it out of context and twist it around. I have been a Christian for 20+ years and know what it is about.
And for pagans howling at the moon, well maybe they believe in werewolves.

The Bible does say that we shall live and walk by faith because faith is believing in what you cannot see. We cannot see God but we believe in him not just because we can see the things of God like creation, miracles and so on, but our faith is confirmed by the Holy Spirit who lives within us. The Bible also says that many people will mock and hate us and that includes friends and family so I guess our walk will become alone but not dangerous as God promised he will always be there and will not desert us. Mu faith is in God and not people or churches or popes or pastors.

So is the theory of evolution. Should we screw that too?

St. Fransis of Assisi saw the finger prints of God in creation. St. Faustina saw the divine mercy of Christ. Many things in life require that we walk by faith, but not all things. That is why God gave us science. It is why he gave us our intellect. The knowledge to prove things are what they seem...
