um I do not think we are all connected that is weird. anyway God is much more powerful than anyone, there is no equal to Him. We can't be connected to Him unless you are a Christian and Jesus has saved you.

Throughout history, people have given a variety of answers to the question, "Who is Jesus of Nazereth?" Whatever their answer, no one can escape the fact that Jesus really lived and that His life radically altered human history forever. The world-renowned historian Jaroslav Pelikan makes this clear: "Regardless of what anyone may personally think or believe about him, Jesus of Nazereth has been the dominant figure in the history of Western culture. If it were possible, with some sort of supermagnet, to pull up out of that history every scrap of metal bearing a trace of his name, how much would be left? It is from his birth that most of the human race dates its calendars, it is by his name that millions curse, and in his name that millions pray."
JESUS WAS A LIAR?
If, when Jesus made His claims, He knew He was not God, then He was lying. But it He was a liar, then He was also a hypocrite, because He told others to be honest, whatever the cost, while He, at the same time, was teaching and living a colossal lie.
More than that, He was a demon, because He deliberately told others to trust Him for the eternal destiny. If He could not back up His claims and knew they were false, then He was unspeakably evil.
Last, He would also be a fool, because it was His claims of deity that lead to His crucifixion.
JESUS WAS A LUNATIC?
If it is inconceivable for Jesus to have been a liar, then could He have thought He was God but have been mistaken? After all, it is possible to be both sincere and wrong.
But we must remember that for someone to think he was God, especially in a culture that was fiercely monotheistic, and then to tell others that their eternal destiny depends on believing in him, was no slight flight of fantasy but the thought of a lunatic in the fullest sense. Was Jesus Christ such a person?
JESUS WAS LORD!
If Jesus of Nazereth is NOT a liar or a lunatic, then He must be Lord.
Other self-proclaimed gods and saviors have come and gone upon history's stage, but Jesus is still here, standing head-and-shoulders above them all.
Who you decide Jesus Christ is must not be an idle intellectual exercise. You cannot put Him on the shelf as a great moral teacher. That is not an option (especially for Christians). He is either a liar, a lunatic, or the Lord. You must make a choice. There needs to be moral honesty in the above consideration of Jesus as either one of the three.
How did they treat liars back in the first century?

Yes God is all powerful, Christianity teaches jesus is God but the bible doesn't, Jesus christ could have prayed to God and he wouldn't have died. He gave his life.
If he was god, then so are we according to the scriptures "do ye know that ye are not gods also?"
But then again scripture has been edited.

God could not bring himself to forgive a rebellious and evil creation, that he made. So, he sent down his son to have him murdered. This turned god from an evil god into a loving god. Does that answer your question?

I'm sorry man... I really don't want to rip you or start a pointless argument but you need to try and seperate your hate for Christiantity from your logical thinking.
Then you can look at the scriptures from an unbiased viewpoint and maybe understand why it was done.

There wasn't any hate in my statement. I said it very plain with just enough sarcasm to appeal to the person I was posting in response to.

if jesus is son of god why would an all loving god kill his own son for the sake of mankinds commited sins .......
therefore this contradicts the view that everyone is accontable for their own actions. jesus was sent to guide us not to die for our sins
no where in the bible it says that jesus clamied to be god or said worship me therefore why do chritians belive that he is the son of god

My point is that the bible and the teachings of Christianity are mythology. The truth of the matter, in my opinion, is that we are all the sons and daughters of God. The problem with most Christians is that they think that fact and myth are the same thing, they are not. I am a Buddhist and the mythology of Buddhism is filled with unbelievable things. To think that they are fact is to miss the point of the myth. You should read “The Power Of Myth”, it is a good starting point.
"For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
(John 3:16)
He states also that he and the father are one.
He prays "our Father which are in heaven"
But his references IMO were taken out of context to what he was trying to convey, which is the USE of father just meant a familiarity which we should all have instead of us calling god and IT. That we are all children so to speak..ie "OUR father.
Councils of men voted in what people are now taught!
325 A.D. First General Council at Nicea, declared that the Son was from the beginning of the same nature as the Father.
381 A.D. Second General Council at Constantinople, declared that the Holy Spirit was to be worshipped with the Father and the Son.
431 A.D. Third General Council at Ephesus, decreed that Jesus had two natures, a human and a divine; also that Mary was the "mother of God", in opposition to those who maintained that she was the "mother of Christ".
451 A.D.
Fifth General Council at Chalcedon, decreed that the two natures in Christ constituted only one Person and one will.
The Apostles' Creed, certainly an early Creed though its exact date is unknown, expresses the relationship between Christ and God thus:
". . . God the Father Almighty . . . Jesus Christ His only Son . . . conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary . . ." After his resurrection Christ "ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty, from whence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead . . ."

[B]"For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
(John 3:16)
The same bible where u have taken that quote from also states that :
‘how can man be justified with God.. How can he be clean that is born of a woman?
[book of JOB - 25:4-6]
Therefore this verse is saying that anyone born of a woman is not good enough to be compared to GOD!!
The bible also says:
‘when even the moon is not bright and the stars are impure in his sight’
Again it states :
How less is a man who is but a maggot - and he the son of man, who is only a worm!
[JOB - 25:4-6]
This is an explicit statement which is saying that even the son of man - Jesus - is no exception!
We humans are at a worse degree - according to the bible, and Jesus who is supposed to be the ‘son of god’
Is a WORM!
It also sates that:
‘At 8 days old he was circumcised and the angel named him Jesus when he was in his mothers womb’
[gospel of Luke 2:21]………!!GOD GETTING CIRCUMCISED!!!
In another place it says …….’made Mary impure for 40 days’ …….HOW can the birth of a holy God make Mary impure?????
83 times In the bible Jesus has been referred to as the son of man! ….and only 13 times it says son of GOD!………70 more times he is known as SON OF MAN!…
.he is supposed to be the man to fulfil the prophecy of Jonah………3 days and 3 nights in the tomb…..dead….so is it trying to say GOD DIED!!…..wot happened to his creation in the meantime!!! …….GOD IS ETERNAL HOW CN HE DIE!!
Christian also believe that a man cannot carry the sins of humanity !! Therefore Jesus must die as GOD!!
Jesus never claimed to be GOD nor said worship me!…….it is no where in any of the 66 books of the bible or the 73 of the Roman Catholic …there is not an avowal statement from the lips of Jesus !
However in the contrary according to the bible Jesus says :
‘My father is greater than I’ [john 14:28 ]
‘My father is greater than all’ [john 20:29]
‘I with the finger of god cast out devils’ [Luke 11:20]
‘All power is given on to me in heaven and earth’ [Matthew 28:18]
However the closest quote u can find in the bible which many Christian use when questioned about the divinity of Jesus is :
‘I and my father are one’ [john 10:30]
However they do not read the context in which Jesus said this…by saying I and my father are one …he meant ONE in PURPOSE. [You also have to read the verses before and after it to be able to understand y he said it !] not in divinity , or sharing power !!…..coz GOD IS ALL POWERFUL.. He doesn’t need to share it with anyone!!
GOD IS THE FIRST CAUSE ---AN UNCREATED BEING !!!……how can he make another uncreated!!!!
Can he make another GOD!!!!! NOOO!
