And if you are happy aboot that, you may very well do it......but I think aboot it more as color/colour.....but that's just me.
I quite enjoy British humor. In fact, if I had to pick a single nation to survive some global catastrophe based only on it's humor, it would be England. I enjoy intelligent humor, cynical humor, black comedy and satire. Cutting stuff. And England has had the best in my views. Be it Black Adder, Monty Python, Red Dwarf, the works of Douglas Adams, the classics like Some Mothers do have 'em or Dad's Army and a host of others. I think England has brilliant, brilliant comedy and humor. Wit in abundance.
I will also admit I am sick and tired of the endless parade of American sitcoms. Damn it, I don't find them funny. I didn't love Everybody loves Raymond. It went on far to long. Friends - bah. And all the spinoffs. Granted, the US has had some brilliant humorous pieces, MASH, the Simpson's, some Seinfeld, but in the long run I will still say England is my humorous icon. Far to much other comedy these days seems to be American Pie quality fluff. Funny perhaps the first couple of times, but the glamour wares of quickly, as does the humor, and therefore the laughs. And Rob Snider really is a spoon.

I think that many teen comedy's like American Pie are at the core romantic comedies.
