But they'd have to cross the distence between them faster than 300 mph. The surronding winds would mess up his aim as well. HE doesn't stand a chance if he can't move faster than 300 mph. 🙂

Reaction time is measured in milliseconds. For him to cross the distance between him and storm would take seconds, for a projectile to reach storm after he's thought of that plan of action would take seconds. Milliseconds later Storm reacts, virtually instantaneous winds whoosh shes off.

He's not moving, he is shooting.
Storm has human reaction time, read other post on speed, spiderman can nail her, I'm sure cassidy can.
She has to conjure, trigger, and decide where to go, carnage: shoot.

He can get to Storm before she even thinks of winds. And she can not make 300 mph wind. If she can, I just lost all respect for her.

Thats speculation. A random figure. Carnage is better than Spidey in some areas you have no knowledge of which areas or by how much. Dont throw random figures into the fray.

What, well excuse me you missed your reading in the symbiotes, carnage is much faster.
Spiderman see's human's slightly slower, he's 15x faster.
