Spiderman has faster reactions to humans which is a fact Cm then speculated that he sees everything around him in bullet time which is speculation. People around him would react slower for sure but not anywhere near that extent. Carnage and Spidey are not flash. 😂

He makes the decision to "Jump her ass and maul her" way before the fight even begins. And it only takes a fraction of a second to put his plan into action since, of course, he is faster than her.
