If that case then I would say Skrull's tech is slightly greater then Shi'ar....

What are you trying to show?

Explain how it is.

See Secret Invasion

The skrulls create things that allow them to mimic the abilities of Earth's heroes down to the DNA. (IIRC)

Heck, even Reed couldn't tell how they did it at first

skrull cloning/duplication = electronic tech (ships, weaponry etc)

Just opened a thread for this... 😄

i saw lol.

tbh, i don't know if storm can manipulate cyclops' visor, but i think saying she will or won't can't be proven.

we don't know the inner workings of the visor, nor do we know what kind of tech (bar that someone said it's shiar) that was used. there are far too many variables to consider.

plus, the skrulls in SI were far more powerful than the skrulls we've seen before, imo.

LOL, actually I wasn't thinking about the visor when I wrote that.

I just thought it was an odd statement to make.

i have a book with full detail of his visor lol

'89 as in that's the year it was published? Hasn't his visor changed since then?

it has:
low density breathable foam(can respirate)

fast neuron detector(monitors eye beam flux)

external shaped flat-ground ruby quartz crystal lenz

power regulation microchip

rack and pinion support rollers and rotation gears

contoured power supply

brake shoes

plate rotation motion solenoid(motion limited by select braking)

brake solenoid

firing stud micro-switch and digitizer package

right hand firing stud

elecronic module which translates finger pressure and or pressure sequences into ruby quartz plate rotation

ruby quartz plates

rotating ruby quratz plates

synthetic jewel bearings

it also says:
polarizing effect demonstrated as the plates rotate from 0 degrees to 90 degrees when the plates are in the 90 degrees position the energy of the eyebeam is absorbed by the two crossed layers of crystal lattice structure

i have the original handbook where the visor and all of the other gadgets/weapons/vehicles are explained in the same detail, and it came out before 1989.

that was the diagram of the original visor built by xavier, the newer model is as PJ stated, thought operated. i believe it's something like a tiny electrode pics up the signal from his brain or something.
