well the newer greener hulk never reverts back to bruce banner. so that wouldnt work. and also...a hundred nuclaer bombs wouldnt stop the hulk.
what you remember about the hulk is old and outdated. maybe in the old days mags might have beaten the old hulk (in your mind)...but now a days the hulk would just never stop until mags has been destroyed. hulk doesnt have to use brute power either.

Magneto would win this hard fought battle. The Hulk could not bust through his magnetic shield for one thereby becoming a stalemate. Magneto, who is a borderline genius would think of a way to defeat The Hulk. He could not draw the iron out of the Hulk's blood because the Hulk's skin would be too tough to even try. He could however slow the level of iron to the brain causing him to pass out after awhile. Though this would take a tremendous about of concentration on the part of Magneto. Magneto would simply win by hit and run tactics wearing the Hulk down.
He cannot be ripped to pieces because he regenerates faster than Magneto can concentrate to 'rip him apart.' And ETK, it's been established that Hulk CAN bust through the magnetic shield. There are plenty of geniuses in the Marvel Universe, that does not mean they have the capability of defeating the No. 1 or No. 2 powerhouse in the MU. You can't 'wear the Hulk down.' As I've said before, Magneto would be successful in keeping Hulk at bay if Magneto's goal was to flee. If they both agreed to stay and fight, however, Hulk wins. Simple as that.
hulk wouldnt get through the force field?...Onsaughts field had no effect on him...fly away and attack him from out of Hulk's reach?...where is that because the Hulk has leaped into space on two occassions...he also jumps faster than magneto can fly...Hulk has snatched fighter jets and missiles by catching them from behind simply by leaping...u guys should read the rest of the posts...your points are pretty weak...and your underestimating the Hulk

Marvel Universe Onslaught: The fight with Onslaught. Onslaught was generating a psionic storm. None of the heroes had the strength to even get close to Onslaught, including Thor and Ironman who was being aided by Joseph. The Hulk however appeared to be on a totally different powerscale as he could not only advance against the strom, but continue the fight as if the storm had no effect on him. The Hulk proves to be able to overpower Onslaught and smash him with but a blow, after reaching insane anger levels. you are all way to focused on the forcefield thing. Magneto needs only to wrap somthing around the hulk and lift him off the ground and away from throwable objects and the hulk cannot do anything to hurt him, so in essence, Mags doesn't even need his field, because it doesn't matter strong hulk is, or fast he heals, if he is unable to move close to magnus or throw things at him, then he is powerless. Magneto lifts him up, dips him under water and holds him there until he dies of suffication. I mean hulk does still have to breathe doesn't he? Or now that he is bigger and greener, did he suddenly become anaerobic?
When has Magneto ever successfully wrapped someone in a ball of metal and done something like drown then or throw them into space?
He tried with Juggernaut and Juggernaut easily busted out of it.
Hulk would bust out of the ball in the same manner. I personally think it's crap...metal should bend, not just break apart....but oh well...it's a comic.
there os basically nothng that the hulk connot physically break free from...hence, mags could never 'wrap' hulk in anything. period. second...mags only chance would be to levitate in the air like how he does...but the hulk would jump up and physically 'grasp' mags force feild and actually cling to it using his brute strength and just just physically force himself through ANY magnetic force feild.
plus, mags would only be ably to be strong enough for one major attack against the hulk...using the best of all his powers at thier max...but after that he will be drained and he might even be void of his powers until he can rest and regain strength, in which the hulk would just flick his head off.
yes hulk needs to breath, but not like you and me...he can hold his breath for hours and hours...even all day. he doesnt need to eat anything like you and me for sustanance...hulks blows are WAY WAAY more powerful than that of thor or wonderman or anyother superhero.
I am not talking about wrapping huge pieces of metal around the hulk. Of course hulk could easily break out of that. I'm talking about wrapping things around his wrists or his neck. Wrap something around each wrist and spread his arms apart in a crusified position. I know the hulk can grow, but only to a certain extent. When he was held up in the air, he couldn't break free, and Magneto while not having to use his force field, is more than powerful enough to keeps hulks arms spread apart.
