come on now, I like hulk as much as the next guy, and I give him all the credit he deserves, but catching a guy who can fly light speed? Much like holding up a 250 billion ton mountain when he's not angry, that is pretty much just bad writing. I mean we've only seen hulk move at about what 350, 400 MPH. and at that speed, Mags can move more than fast enough to react and move out of his way. Look back a page or two and find my post about Magneto's speed.
oh, zhiquanq, do not even start w/ that line of inqury. The hulk fans will tell you that for some reason (which none of them are able to state) that Magneto is not capable of moving the metallic compounds inside the hulk. And some even say that hulk has no iron in his blood. They are very difficult to argue with.
As i stated before, Hulk can't die... at least won't remain dead for more than a few minutes. Magnus shouldn't kill him, he should incapacitate him, then render him powerless, throw him into space, as Silver Surfer did before. Its the only place where Hulk can't really come back by himself and can't hurt anything or anyone.
He could also just pick him up through magnetism and throw him there, or encase him in metal and throw him there, or split him in half and throw the uper part into space and keep the other one as a hunting trophy...though the uper half will most likely take no more than 5 minutes to regrow legs, he still stuck in space...
Magneto could just split everyone on earth in half, seal the troublesome mutants who oppose him in a big metalic cocoon and end this whole thing right away...whith the power he has...but i guess that from a marketing point of view it might not seem like a good idea.
If your gonna creat a character this strong, assume it/him, otherwise reading it is pointless.

yeah I have to agree w/ norrin. If hulk gets cut in half, he's prob going to die, or at the very least, he will heal the wounds at his waste and the upper half will survive. I don't think even he is capable of regrowing entire appendages. Now I won't say whether or not mags can cut him in half, but if he did, it would quickly be over.

Though he might be able to do this, I admit that it is a little far fetched. But if you remember correctly, Magneto did send an EM pulse that basically shut down the entire world. The world as at his mercy to with with as he pleased, but he feared becoming like Hitler, a man he much despised, and released his control over evreything.

Thats exactly what i mean, that kind of character brings nothing to the Marvel universe. Hes right up there with Galactus, Odin and Death for gods sake.
Also, Hulk was reduced to a skelleton twice and regrew his entire body in a matter of minutes. Where i might have been wrong before is i don't know if he can regrow bones, even though they are pretty much indestructible, which is why they were all that was left both times. But yes, he is immortal as long as banner doesn't die.
