Apocalypse also beat Magneto in AOA along with Bishop. Apocaylpse could easily killed him than, if there would be prper writing (he coudl much more than just tear his body apart). They didn't all attack apocalypse. It was just Cyclops, Iceman and Blackbolt. The rest of the Inhumans were fighting the Dark Riders, or looking on. Jean was on the Astral Plane. Blackbolt hardly used any of his power because Baby Nate was still attached to Apocalypse and didn't want to risk hurting him.
In contrast, after Jean freed Baby Nate, Cyclops let loose and single-handedly leveled Apocalypse. It took him years to recover from that. YEARS.

Cyclops attakced him with combiend powers, full powers of his, Nate Grey (who is far above Magneto) and Grey. Apocalypse receover pretty quickly, he wasn't even moved. Black Bolt tattack Apocalypse wihtout any effect and Apocaylpse has been mentioned as cosmic being with his true powers, tha tis why they were all useless. 🙂

Magneto durabilty 6 out of 7 somewhat lacking...but not bad.

it would seem Apoc has Magneto beat in the areas were he would need to be equal if not greater than Apoc...logically Apoc would win against Magneto..but a writer on crack could easily have Magneto win...they could also have Hulk beat magneto but that would be mega crappy writing for that to happen.
Apoc's powers were growing to great levels or would say evolving. The first time he was given cosmic entity status was in X-Factor 68 (by Lee/Claremeont/Portacio), where it was said he has a place in the cosmic pantheon, but he was awoken from his sleep too early and hence wasn't up to his rightful power, and that he uses many bodies at once/avatars, and X-Factor 67 has a bit on this, and mentions he distorted time. In Cable 1, 2, and 5 and X-Men 23 it mentions Apocalypse exists in all realities/timelines at once (all 3 written by Fabien Nicieza).
Also, in The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix (by Scott Lobdell), it mentions Apocalypse is a force like the Phoenix Force, and possesses bodies, but keeps on burning them out because he keeps on evolving past his old self and keeps on growing more powerful. In X-Men 98 (Alan Davis/Terry Kavanaugh) it mentions that Apocalypse's current Cyclops body is just a minor manifestation, and the bulk of what he is exists outside time and space, though that body doesn't know it; and X-Men 98, and Uncanny X-Men 378 had him saying he had the powers of the 12 when he didn't as Xavier stated to Apocalypse in X-Men 98, and Apocalypse manipulated all of reality and reshaped it twice.

Nate Grey? You mean the techno organic infected baby? hahaha...yeah, getting owned by A BABY is definitely something to be proud of. Good job, Poccy!
Jean's powers were at a low....she didn't have telepathy. She used the baby's telepathy to confront Apocalypse on the astral plane, where she beat him. That's what hurt Apocalypse.
Cyclops returned from the Astral Plane and blasted him. That's what finished Apocalypse. And he didn't recover...he was blasted to a pulp. In a future issue, they showed the Riders DRAGGING him to a recovery chamber. Why do you think he was in such bad condition YEARS later when the X-cutioner's song storyline started? He was dying throughout the storyline from that attack by Cyclops.

I don't know what to say to you, he enver said that about Jean, Nate surpasses by far Magneto. She used Nate Grey, which by far and far surpasses Jean Grey. Apocaylse needs to get in chamber after time, when he recovers, he is normal. He hasn't dying, he hasn't even succeded to go to the chamber.

I noticed that you left out the energy projection. Mag's is much higher than Apocs. Given that they're actually pretty close in durability AND fighting ability, the fact that Magneto owns him in energy projection makes the difference.
By the way, if you go by your logic, Hulk should also be able to beat Magneto, right?

Apocalypse is above Magneto, logicall, everyone is beaten by good guys, you must get that. Cyclops said that Apocalypse has unmatchable supremacy. Logicly Apocalypse owns Magneto anytime, in story, good guy will prevail.
