I'm not saying who wins here but
isn't Storm absolutely immune to all weather conditions (lightning, wind, rain, cold, etc.)?

If so then isn't it moot that Thor can control the weather better or more powerful than Storm?
Also If so, then how can Thor possibly damage her using only weather?

Wouldn't this be a clear stalemate?
