Because its cruel and unusual when the US doesn't allow it. Not if international human right organisations speaks out against it. So if the US would change it laws then it wouldn't be cruel and unusual anymore. Now would it?

but not the laws about Cruel and Unusual Punishment.

Why not? I mean Bush wants to change the constitution what makes this law so different? So special that it can not be changed?

I think the militia should get involved...They'd do a much better job at controlling crime... 😄 😇

Problem is that they end up causing 99% of the crime later on.. But who cares about that.

so your saying that people who commited capital crimes don't deserve death?

I don't have a problem with the concept of the death penalty, I just don't trust our justice system enough to think they are qualified to decide who lives and who dies.

well that isn't too good then if you can't trust the justice system...no offense, but the justice system is one of the reasons these people are put behind bars. mistakes happen, that is one of the flaws of being human.

That's exactly what I think ^^^.

Except I don't agree with the concept of legal murder.

Well personally )I'd say no...I don't think the Death Oenalty is the right way to go...but hell if the country I live in does...I don't care......it's not that I value human life very much........
