Death Penalty

What I meant by not having a problem with the concept is that I acknowledge that certain criminals deserve death. I think there are certain things people do where the death penalty is getting off easy compared to what they really deserve. I just don't think it should be placed into the hands of any legal system cause it's too easily corrupted.

Murdering a murderer doesn't make it good murder. No human has the right to officially decide if someone lives or dies. The fact that murder happens doesn't mean that governments should stoop down and do the same.

I disagree..I think every human has the right to decide if another human should live or die. Now the Consequences is a whole different thing....

If we can kill babies, then we should DEFFINITLY be allowed to kill criminals. SpellJammer knows liberals have that "they're not human, they're a lump of cells" argument, but so to criminals revoked thier hummanity when they become evil people.. What defines human? Conservatives can wield that soiled underwear flag just as much as liberals, we just tend to have better hygene..

What defines evil then? Is there a black and white definition that we can use to classify everyone as either "evil" or "not evil?" And if so, is it ok to kill someone just for being evil or do they have to commit a crime first?

If you mean abortion then you're wrong, it's not a baby. It's only a baby to those who are in denial. That "lump of cells" argument is factual. That's also a whole other issue.

Whether they deserve death or not, I don't see any logical reasoning behind giving a body of other humans, no different to us, the decision to kill someone or not. If they are allowed, why isn't the murderer allowed? If it's ok for some people to commit murder, it should be ok for all. By your rationale.

Also, stop using the word 'liberal' in every post. It's getting boring.
