Are people who take illegal drugs, stupid?

Yes, they are stupid!

I don't think there stupid to try something... I think there stupid if they get addicted to something...

i smoke weed occasionally, i dont think i'm stupid. i think people who go into something not knowing any of the risks are are stupid, i know what can happen, i risk it but i have noone to blame but myself if something happens, unlike idiots who take anything and blame the world because of the results

Uh, Yeah, those risks, are, uh, like, uh, bad, yeah, you know, you could, uh, like eat, uh, yeah, uh, a bunch of, uh, like, mm, potato chips, or uh, something.

yeah and chips really relate to the type of risks associated legal and health wise that the drugs in this discussion have

I like cocaine...I Don't pay for it...but I have used it....and I have seen others whose' lives have been DESTROYED by it...

But, man-made drugs that 'I' have encountered have fu.cked up people's lives...not just because they are dependant on them....but because that is the nature of the drug. I've taken Ambien to fall asleep, and experienced a more profound "hi" than I have on ANY drug I've bought off someone. Trust me....

If you don't know what I'm talking about...then you should try it.

It's the kind of "high" you WISH you could forget.

but it's cheap(I have insurance) and legal. It would be easy for me to pop one every night and spend the rest of my life in a legally induced high...but I don't do that. That's why I don't consider myself "stupid"

I don't think recreational drug users are stupid at all {but of course, I am biased}... it's been pointed out quite a few times in this thread that a little individual responsibility goes a long way. Those who try the drug, become addicted to said drug and ruin their lives, and the lives of those around them, are stupid. Well, wrong choice of word actually... they're just selfish and careless.

Illegal drug is only made so because someone with some power decided its not a right thing to do.

I have a high resistance to drugs; it's just my chemistry.

I have done a lot of things in my life and hindsight has shown me that the times when I was the highest was times when I was not high. Like standing on a mountain top and looking out across the Earth; standing on stage, playing my guitar and hearing the murmur of over a thousand people and sitting in the dark inside a cave far below the ground and hearing the water drip.

The effects of agressive and extremely paranoid have been attributed to women even if they dont take cocaine; this i say cause I feel i have experienced this. What I think happened is that they (feelings) have been excelled by the drug.
