Hulk and superman have met a couple of times... The earliest one I can remeber is a Superman/Spiderman combo where Doom sent the Hulk to Metropolis using a miniture insect size robot to agrivate the Hulk. Superman fought the Hulk and not wanting to hurt Hulk used his speed to catch and smash the Dooms device, after which he allowed the Hulk to leave (the only reason Superman didn't beat Hulk up was because he did not want to cause a lot of damage since they were in the middly of Metropolis).
I am sure there have been others before but the next one I can remeber is the whole DC/Marvel universe merging rubbish they did. In that one Superman beat the Hulk with one punch (the heroes of both universe were in a fighting contest to see which universe would survive and which would perish and Superman got pitted against Hulk)
From this encounters the result is obvious. After all Superman can probably use his speed to grab a hold of Hulk and toss him into space before he knew what was going on. Not much of a contest.
