i'm genuinely curious to know what people think is superman's 'best' blitz performance, his best combo of both speed AND power. anyone? scans would be very helpful.

He was training against Mongul. He wouldn't be going all out in that case.

And Flash's IMP's don't always send characters flying either.. He's even used an IMP (Stated as such in the scene) on a human level, gimmick using character without sending them flying or killing them.

Writers writer for dramatic effect.. A single punch leveling or sending an opponent flying = dramatic. A blitz of 2,000 punches in the middle of a heated fight = dramatic.

A fight starting and ending with 2,000 punches = boring. You won't have a fight, so no writers going to do that against a good villain.

I would just like to know who actually voted for Hulk.

Superman has superior strength, speed, reflexes, durability, and intellect.

Yes Hulk gets stronger the madder he gets but he starts at 75 to 100 tons strength. Superman is in the multi megaton range. Their is a little difference here.

Hulk wins just like Doomsday would win, just like V&V Despero would win, just like Titus would win, just like Grundy can win, just like Shaggyman would win, just like Konvikt could possibly win, just like Mangog could win, just like Lobo could win... I know you all see what I did there. Use majority DC guys. If this was them instead of Hulk, this debate wouldn't be going on right now. It would probably be closed for spite. The thing about it is, Hulk has better speed, durability, and strength feats than probably all of them combined.

Hulk 8 or 9/10.

I dont think you have been keeping up with your comics buddy. I say this again... CURRENT Hulk has strength feats above any brick that I have mentioned by a large gap. His punching feats it far above theirs as well.

Hulk at his most (War Hulk) is still sub par to Supes strength feats.

If you can come up with something logical then we can involve Supes other powers.

Iv voted Superman, but this just is not true at all. Hulk is NEVER below 100 tons. EVER. And his Strength increases so fast that within seconds he's able to hold up a 150 Billion Tons.

And Durability wise, Hulk has instantaneous Healing/Regeneration Powers (Better and Faster than Wolverines), and every time he takes a hit just gets stronger.

Supes was an engine to the Mags wheel...basically a battery. I'm asking you for lifting feats, not plot feats.

I did answer your question. The way Hulk is going to handle Supes speed (don't think strength is an issue since current Hulk is significantly stronger than Supes) is the same way he handles it when he fought Gladiator, Sentry, Genis, Firelord, Hyperion, etc, etc.

Hulk base level is HIGH 100 tons. I'm still waiting on that strength feat.
