The gap in strength between Superman and Hulk is outrageous. Hulk strength is in another tier. Like I have always said and will continue to say until I don't have to say it anymore...Savage Hulk=>Superman in strength, any Hulk above this its pretty much clear and on point.
Hulk is stronger than any brick Superman has faced.

Superman is > Savage hulk in strength. Of course Savage hulk can amp and eventually surpass him but at the start of the fight, superman should have a noticeable higher strength imo.
WWH would be around the level of strength I see superman at. (he's certainly not lacking in feats to back it up)
WBH surpasses him strength by a good chunk.
But even with WBH being > Superman in strength, if both fight at the best of their abilities, superman ends it before Hulk knows what happened. He grabs him by the waste and takes him up into space. Then being in space he can afford to cut loose. While the hulk is helpless. Which no really isn't something that would be terribly out of character for superman. Especially when he sees the hulk shaking the world from the fight they are having. He'd see that taking the Hulk off planet it the best solution. At least that's what I think would happen.
Out of character would be superman going intangible and pulling out his organs.
Even with the strength difference, I still see Superman taking majority.

Honestly, given how quickly Hulk has been shown to amp at will recently, any strength difference between "base" Hulk and Superman would be rendered negligible to non-existent, imo. Of course, if current comics are any indicator, it looks like the Green Scar persona has been scrapped in favor of Savage Hulk, which really is a shame.
This myth about Savage Hulk being weaker than Heralds at the beginning needs to stop. Savage Hulk starts off at high Herald level strength. The guy braced a mountain twice the size of the appalachian without strain and he was at a calm state. WWH is one of the stronger Hulks outside of WBH and his strength exceeds Superman AND Savage Hulk. WBH is a different story and Superman flying Hulk in space isn't happening. It has already been attempted by someone just as fast as Supes and he got his sensative ears thunderclapped.
You also forget he have to get past WBH omni blast which would pretty much leave him open for an attack. Don't use superman abilities and forget about Hulks.

He only braced billions of tons as per the book.
Even though Everest alone would weigh trillions.
Anyway, its not like he was holding up most of the weight. They were stuck in a wedge. Meaning most of the mountain above them was being supported by the surrounding ground on their level.
Edit: Um. As for the Gladiator thing, that's not a speed/reaction feat for Hulk. You know why? Because reaction is based on available timing. Gladiator wasn't flying up to space in a nano-second, no sir. Hulk had plenty of seconds to attack him during that orbit flying attempt.
