No, he can't. Any super-powered character who's only gifted with super-strength, endurance, and toughness isn't enough to take down Superman, with his aerial flying attack and other powers. Hulk, Thing, Colossus etc. - none can win. Only exceptions can be possibly made for Doomsday, Darkseid, and Champion of the Universe.
Get someone with those powers, plus at least flight, and anything else, and they can match and possibly beat him, if strength is not too far off. People like that include Silver Surfer, Thor, Beta Ray Bill, Wonder Woman, Shazam and Black Adam. Hulk doesn't have the neccessary versatility, to ultimately win.

no.....As much as Hulk fans may orgasm over mental images of hulk winning, he won't. Superman is much too versatile and that's the end of it. Hulk's a one-track character. Superman isn't.
