So far as Superman vs Hulk: having read all the Superman Versus threads, especially with Versus Thor, I'm thinking that though Hulk has been the "traditional" Marvel guy to put up against Superman, the proper match is really Thor. Like Superman, he isnt just Mr Strength but also has a variety of powers. I'm not sure who the proper match with Hulk would be. Who in DC is Just Strength?

Ok, here is the only real argument for Hulk to win:

"But Doomsday beat him!"

Which is true, but DD shouldn't have. It was P.I.S that DD was even capable of touching Superman. How could DD, a slow moving being with no superspeed(Only one person mentioned he was kinda fast. Guy Gardner. That's it.)good durability/strength ever be able to win?

But, to Superman fanboys, if they say "Superman should have won easily", their fanboy reality will fall apart.
They'll realize that D.C does give Superman underpowered foes so that he can never lose. Then, it'll be mass Superman fanboy suicides. 😄

Superman is not "WAY SRTONGER"

keep hearing that oh before hulk will reach supes level it will be a long TIME or before he can reach that level he's already ko'd

hulk at the very sight of seeing supes could be doubled supes strength and it's not only his strength that increases but also his other physical capabilities.

what the funny thing is as people say supes strength is way past hulks yet supes was shown to be just and i mean just above thors and hulk is just as strong as thor but gets stronger, now the time in which thor and supes fought, looking at that and how long it took, hulk would be a whole lot stronger in the time frame they fought.

The e jla/avengers crossover proves your statement wrong

oh and in that fight avengers/jla 4 issues crossover they fought in the 1st at bit and more so in the second issue where thor lost, it was mostly as physical competion, no flyingat high speeds, pludging ito orbit like some poeple have posted saying that's going to happen with this fight, there was no godblast either

Crossovers ae not Canon......second there is the Marvel vs. DC crossover where Hulk was abler to hurt superman....third Hulk gets stronger and stronger the more angry he gets (stupid overpowered characters)....fourth I agree Superman takes this one....

I cant find the ones where superman knocks him out in one punch but it was no holding back by superman in that one, every other battle like the above one too he always holds back trying to reason with hulk or scared of hurting him, but the above battle proves hulk doesnt stand a chance unless superman lets him, now banner hulk smart hulk whatever might have the sense to find some kryptonite? maybe then hulk could take him

Not true....first again Crossovers are NOT canon. And if they were Marvel vs. DC even the weaker Smart Hulk stands a Chance against Superman..Supoerman there gives all he can and only defeats him by giving all....

hulk already mad as heck couldnt even budge superman Id say that has to prove hulk is no where near supes level, if supes gave him the time I guess he could get there on strength but he still cannot compare with supermans other powers, superman can vibrate so fast punches pass through him or simply dodge at superspeed how can the hulk beat him with strength if he cant touch him? already done scenario here: Superman knocks him into space Hulk can only hold his breath for a few hours(spiderman as capt universe knocked hulk into space and hulk admitted that, spidey had to go save him)Superman has to let him win or be weakened somehow for hulk to stand a chance, thats why i say hulk needs kryptonite gotta weaken him first or hulk with captain universe powers, now there is a fight I dont know if superman could win

But in crossovers unusual things happen...like Wolverine defeating Lobo...yeah right.....or Storm defeating Wonder Woman.....

You cannot count Crossovers, you have to compare what they can do in their own series....

Now I agree that Superman will win ...but you cannot take Crossovers, except if they are officially cano..whioch those you posted are not....
