I know its been done but Hulk vs Superman once and for all
There has always been a debate who would win I got two ways Supes takes this and doesn't even break a sweat.
Dr.Banner turns into the hulk in the middle of the desert and goverment satelites see it happen. So they call superman. Superman with his superspeed flies to the desert grabs the hulk by his arm spins as fast as he can and throws him into space. Hulk can't breathes he dies and Superman is celebrated for ridding the world on a menace. Its another day for Superman and finishes the day by quickly beating up Lex Luthor then has a light dinner before going to the JLA watch tower for movie night with the flash and Green Lantern Kyle Rayner.
Also three words if its the tv cartoon superman against any Hulk. Phantom Zone Projecter. Just like he used on cartoon Doomsday.
Don't agree will argue against
It all depends on how Superman is written. When you factor in all of Superman's abilities, a one dimensional character like Doomsday should lose everytime. But Doomsday was created as a walking, talking plot device to kill Superman and with poor writing the Hulk could do the same. Logically Superman SHOULD win but factor is $hitty writers who just want a publicity stunt and its a toss up

well from a power stand point you got to give it to the dynamic power house Superman........from a costume standpoint I think all spandex should be banned from super hero's and hulks pants are ALOT tougher then supermans pajama spandex 😆
all the hulk has is strength and moderate superspeed. even if supes was limited to just his strength and speed, he would win. knock him out in one punch, like he has done before. can't remember which marvel vs. dc it is, but its there. this isn't really even a contest, its like professor X vs. juggernaut w/ his helmet on.

Properly written Superman should beat the Hulk every single time.
Why?
Simply because Superman is multi-dimensional (actually almost omni-dimensional ...the only thing that limits him from that is that he lacks psionic powers of the order of telepathy/telekinesis), while the Hulk is in essence uni-dimensional with only his powers of strength working for him (he does have 2 other abilities, one being able to instinctively locate where the gamma accident occured and turned him into the Hulk, a 'power' that is absolutely useless; and the other a healing factor, which is basically negated by Superman's own solar fueled healing abilities and thus doesn't factor in to either character).
The Hulk is strong, and according to Marvel cannon can get stronger as he gets angrier.
That's cool.
Superman on the other hand (and I'm talking normal Superman ....no need to bring uber-powerful variants like Pre-Crisis here) starts stronger, but most importantly he packs enough powers to make an X-men team cry 'mama.' Actually, apart from the lack of telepathy and the like, he IS like an X-men team.
He can shoot eyebeams like Scott, can create winds like Storm, can flash-freeze like Bobby, can fly like Rogue, is impervious like Colossus, has super-senses and fast reactions like Wolverine, and can run fast like Quicksilver.
Now, amp up the above to the nth factor. For example Superman can move FAR FASTER than QuickSilver could ever dream of (quicksilver is currently at Mach level speeds, while Superman can approach near-light), is by far more durable than Colossus, can hear and smell better than Logan at his best, and can react faster than Logan can puff a fine Cohiba, and can fly further, faster and harder than Rogue could ever wish for.
And he can do all of that at the same time.
Then add Hulk level strength.
Honestly speaking the two are not even analogous!
Not at all.
The only reason the 2 are even compared in the first place is because the Hulk is Marvel's PREMIER powerhouse, while Superman is DC's PREMIER powerhouse.
Note I said premier. Marvel has stronger (and more powerful) people than the Hulk (actually Marvel consistently makes folks too powerful ....even Spiderman of all characters became 'Cosmic Spidey' for a while), and DC also has more powerful (and stronger) people than Superman. Goodness, Superman is not even the most powerful member in the Justice League (according to JLA: Trial by Fire the most powerful is Martian Manhunter).
However for both Marvel and DC, Hulk and Superman are the most famous powerhouses in both comic labels.
This is why you never hear of cross-over comics coming out that show the Spectre vs the Phoenix.
And even when the Spectre met the Living Tribunal in one cross-over, they were working in the background to save their two universes. They did not fight each other. The only fights were between characters like Flash and QuickSilver, Batman and CpAmerica, and obviously Superman and the Hulk.
Thus this is the only reason Superman is even matched up against the Hulk. In all actuality the Hulk is nowhere near Superman.
Actually the Hulk is nowhere near Doomsday either. People forget that not only did Doomsday have the ability to never die in the same way twice, he also had superspeed. The Hulk can move at 300MPH, but even WonderWoman can move far faster than that (she has the speed of either Hermes or Mercury), and that is a joke to even the Martian Manhunter. Doomsday was super-fast, and I am not talking 300MPH.
The closest character to the Hulk in DC is probably Solomon Grundy.
Conclusion: Superman SHOULD win every single time. However due to politics any cross-overs always show the Hulk having some chance. Even though the one i was reading had Superman win, the fight still lasted far longer than it should have. It is basically politics.
The Hulk is the premier strength powerhouse in Marvel, and Superman is the premier strength powerhouse in DC. They are the flag bearers, and thus have to fight each other.
Objectively speaking the Hulk is not even a JLA level threat (sorry to all fanboys of the Hulk, but it is true). At best he is a JSA level threat. JSA not JLA. At best.
Magneto would be a far more potent threat than the Hulk. By far! The only character in the JLA that the Hulk would be a threat to would be Batman and Aquaman. The Hulk couldn't even CATCH the other main members of the JLA (unless he got wings and superspeed).
Re: Re: I know its been done but Hulk vs Superman once and for all
Except half of the members of the JSA could defeat Hulk as well, such as Alan Scott or Captain Marvel or even Flash.
Also;
"Now, amp up the above to the nth factor. Bad comparison.
Superman is far faster than lightspeed, if you go to the Superman vs Thor thread I proved it a few times in the lattest few pages. His senses exceed Wolverine by lightyears...He can see to the source wall, according what Lois said a few months ago in a comic. He can also see microscopic, and of course x ray vision. His heat vision is not only better than Clops', but in an entirely different league. He can hit the ENTIRE PLANET with it. In "BURN!!" it says it's uncaculable at high temperatures. [.. Humans can guage the heat of the sun and stars but not Heat Vision.] He can hear on a whole other level.. as it was said he could hear a cricket in Australia... from the moon during tower of babel.... in general, he's in a whole different league. Super breath, freeze breath...

Excellent Post !!!!!! 😉 D.C. Characters are on another Level. Most would do well against 'Cosmics' such as Silver Surfer and Thanos.

totally agree. The only reason I did not put it in the same wya you did was so as not to offend any Hulk fanboys.
I also have to agree on the JSA. The only reason I picked it was because it is sort of a secondary group to the JLA, plus I did not feel comfortable putting up the Young Justice or Titans against the Hulk. Thus JSA. Although it is true there are several members there that could mess the Hulk up. Eg Fate for one would have the Hulk in dimensions even Dr. Strange would have difficulty pronouncing.
