Bottom Line is you are not gay, so you do not know how it feels to be one, nor whether or not being gay is something we have at birth or something that we are "programmed" to be

Please , don't pull the 'I'm not gay so i don't understand' shit . I hear enough of it from the pansies already and it pisses me off.

Yes i said pansies. Why because i find their are two lines between gay people.

Their are those who treat their sexual preferences like any normal person would and then their are people who....

.....act like this ****. Who are so damn overblown about their 'gayness' that it's like being hit in the face with a bloody stick.

Grey Fox, not all gay people act like that.

I'm bisexual, and i behave pretty masculine like.

Why do so many gays act like that? I have no idea, but i am not one of them, so i cannot speak for them.

It's a horrible stereotype though, and im really sick of everyone thinking that THAT is how all gay people are.

ALSO a bit of respect in your next post would be appreciated.

Look , I don't like gay's. But i don't usually allow a persons sexual preferences to influence the way i act around them .

I can't tolerate fools BUT a large number of gays (as you said) act like that , And it supremely pisses me off. It's like sitting in a room full of screaming children and people dragging their nails down a black board....

Try to work on tolerance.

I can be really intolerant sometimes 🙁 it's a problem ... I have a similar problem with black people sometimes . I'm so damn fed up of the 'Yo i'm a gangster' thing that half of the black people in my country think they are.

WHERE THE **** ARE THE NORMAL PEOPLE !!!!!!! *twitchy eye*

😆 There are no normal people, and that is normal for humans.

Grey Fox, beleive it or not, i dont like a lot of gay people either.

But it has nothing to do with sexual preference. It's that a majority of gay people i have met are SO SUPERFICIAL u have no idea.....

I went to a gay club a while ago, and this one guy was approaching me. The minute he found out i was BIsexual, and not totally gay, he sed "DUDE THATS DISGUSTING......"

He thought i was disgusting because i like BOTH men and women, instead of just liking men.

ITS THE SAME PREJUDICE...one of my best freinds, he knows me since child hood is straight. When he found out i was bisexual he cut me off, because he was grossed out by the fact that i also like guys.

SO...i have been discriminated agaisnt by both straight and gay people.

It's ALL THE SAME hatred to me.

Why should he be tolerant?

I'm not tolerant with people I don't like and I'm gay. If there is someone that talks and talks and doesn't shut up I go up to them and tell them to shut the hell up.

I'm not saying Lord Urizen should be rude to "bitchy gays" but if he doesn't enjoy being around them and he shouldn't force himself to be or to tolerate, he should simply not be around them, I know I don't, people think that because I'm gay I'm one of them and chicks want to go shopping with me, etc. I just distance myself from that crowd. I don't tolerate to have a friend like that because that kind of personality annoys me.

That's my point EIS.

EVERYONE has bias of thier own, everyone THINKS that their hatred is "unique"

ITS NOT..you guys like to discriminate, it doesnt matter who against. YOU ARE ALL THE SAME to me in terms of being prejudice.

Your hatred, Grey Fox' hatred, and EVEN MY OWN....ITS ALL THE SAME S$%@$%@

What truly makes US any different other than our point of views ?

There is a better way; change yourself and then you will be happy. The way you are doing this just leads to suffering. However, if suffering is what you like, then I am happy for you.

Well... Yes and no.

The way I dislike annoying bitchy people is not the same than a KKK member disliking blacks/gays. Because the reason of my negative feelings towards bitchy people is based on their personality not on something like race, sexual orentation or other traits you can't help but to have.

Of course the dislike feeling probably feels the same to me and a KKK member. But it's not the same....

Well atleast we came to a mutual understanding somewhere.

But knowing this if your child told you that he was gay, what would you do ?

If my child was 8, i wouldn't take it TOO serious but will do whatever I can to stop feeling like this. If you mean grown up child then first of all I still believe this is a matter of how you raised your children and how looked at his life interests.

There is EVIDENCE to suggest that both our opinions may be right, but there is NO PROOF to validate that i am right, OR that you are right.

No matter the case, when the person REALIZES that they are gay...its too late. It's a fixed psychological aspect of the person. Being gay is thanks to a PHYSICAL chemical reaction and chemical development of the BRAIN...

I don't argue that. But brain is also for learning. Brain expresses all you likes and preferance including those that you get during your life. So it's hard to say if being gay is something brain had since the burth or got after it.

maybe ur right, maybe people BECOME gay after birth...but then why would you have gay children come from CONSERVATIVE RELIGIOUS PARENTS?

FOR EXAMPLE: Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter [/B]

If you only feel like gay but still like women and don't do THIS with men then this is not a sin. There are people who don't have sex during their life at all, so if you would be able to "stick" with women even though you sometimes feel like wanting men it is not a sin.

So in a real practical sense, there is no difference.

There still is difference.

No, because there is no reason why we should befriend someone who behaves a certain way we do not like. Now I don't enjoy not liking bitchy queens but I don't enjoy them either, best thing to do is simply keep my distance.

I don't like bitchy queens either. I dislike them the SAME way i dislike conservative pig headed Christians.

Hatred based on anything is hatred.

You may not HATE "bitchy queens" but you do dislike them.

The KKK is a group of PURE hatred. Yes, thier hatred is different from ours, but not because of who they hate. KKK hate blacks, jews, hispanics, feminists, and homosexuals.

We may dislike the SAME people, but not hate them to the SAME extant that the KKK do.

I have no problem with the choice you have made, and if I was you, I would do the same thing. I feel like you suffer over this, but I maybe reading that into what you are writing. The difference between saying I choose the people in my life, and the way that the KKK would feel is hate. Hate is poison, and we should never hate.

I'm saying the reasons of the hatred or whatever are what makes the hatred different, imo.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. And I do hate a few people... And it doesn't make my life worse or better in any way.

You are fooling yourself. Hate is dangerous, only a true Bodhisattva can us hate for good.

How am I fooling myself? You don't even know anything about me.
Hate is not dangerous, well it depends on how you normally act on your hatred. And I never claimed I hate the person I hate for good... I just hate them now.

And I don't see how a Bodhisattva can hate someone and not me or you, I mean wisdom or enlightenment have nothing to do with hatred.

Stressors gay youth face, such as self-awareness of their homosexuality and fears surrounding coming out to family and friends contributes to the gay suicide rate.
Thousands of gay men have sought therapy, and even heterosexual relationships to suppress their homosexual feelings. Very often, these feelings surface later, sometimes leading to divorce, custody battles or adultery.
