Hate is not dangerous, well it depends on how you normally act on your hatred. And I never claimed I hate the person I hate for good... I just hate them now.

And I don't see how a Bodhisattva can hate someone and not me or you, I mean wisdom or enlightenment have nothing to do with hatred.

You are fooling yourself by thinking hate is not dangerous, thinking you have power over hatred, not seeing what is poison and what is not.

I am sure if I hated every single person on this earth I would have issues but I don't. I'm aware hatred isn't a good but it's not necessarily a bad thing either. My hatred towards the person I hate hasn't influenced my life a bit.

I haven't attacked anyone ever because I hated them.

I'm sorry, I meant that bashing comment for the other person, you don't bash me, you just like to challenge everything I say. Thank you, you are helping me come to a greater understanding of my practice.

Yeah that's what I'm saying. And I do hate a few people... And it doesn't make my life worse or better in any way.

But it most likely will make the other person's life worse. You may not realize it.

But even if you give the SLIGHTEST of attitude to a person you do not like, or even SIMPLY ignore them...it affects what they think about people in general, and affects what people think of themselves.

So yes it does do harm, maybe not to you, but to the people you inflict this kind of mentality onto.

If someone I admire ignores me, or treats me disrespectfully it would make me feel very bad. It would make me change my opinion of others in general and will bruize my self confidense.

Then the next person I try to admire, i will not admire as much out of fear that they will dislike me for stupid reasons. On top of that, the more i know someone dislikes me, the MORE i have to fight to like myself more.
