I don't think that you will be able to just walk up and buy a Wii I'm sure all stores will be out before the stores even open.
Go to the launch party and try and win one. I won 2 Xbox360's that way.
The Wii plans to ship 4 million before the end of 2006 so you have a good chance to get one before then. But Sony plans for 1 Million by end of 2006 and 4 million by end of March 2007. Sony will probably not achieve both goals.

Nah, you just got to put in a little work. Talk to people at stores, see the plan for the launch. Hell, I could just go up to walmart at 4 or 5 and chill all night like me and my friend did for his 360.

I wouldn't know I buy a console for the games and by the time good games come out the consoles are in good supply. Except I did have to wait to get a slim ps2 becuase they sold out.

I bought it for my car and it fit perfectly much bester than the tank old one. Slim ps2 rocks. wont be able to fit the Xbox360 or PS3 in me car untill they shrink it down alot.

Well I have a bank account that has been receiving money for a while now and I could easily buy all 3 systems, but I can't just blow my account like that. Plus I'm getting Xbox360 for christmas, so I wouldn't only have to buy PS3 and Wii, but that would still leave a large dent in my account. Maybe just the Wii for now if I decide to do that.

I live in the city I hate jackasses who buy HUGE cars like the H2 grumblegumblegrumble. Also I played gears of War and I didn't like it sorry not my type a game. GoldenEye is bester becuase its gooder fun.
For me Gears of War is gooder entertainment to watch ... so pretty.
CNN just had a small story on PS3, they basically said it goes on sale next Friday in the U.S.A. By the story they did it sounds like not everyone is ready to buy a PS3 mainly because of price. Its true your getting a cheaper Blu Ray player but its mostly because of price and the fact that not many people know about Blu Ray. Hey I would buy one if it was cheaper.
Damn the PS3 launch party sounds bad ass. I wish I could have gone.
